« Pictures on the site are accurate of how new and clean this place is. Our son did a 12 week Med School rotation stay and would definitely return. The host responded quickly to questions and was accommodating to allow early checkin due to an approaching ice storm. Ryan responded quickly anytime we left a message. « 2 senior adults and 2 small dogs visiting family locally. Needed quiet place so dogs weren’t anxious and this was perfect. Had everything we needed and was only 10 mins from family — we recommended it to family and would stay again. »

« The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. »

« Eastgate 22A was clean and well managed. Very pet friendly with good back yard space and plenty of floor space for food, water, and pet beds. The rooms were very comfortable with good quality mattresses and bedding. With a TV in every bedroom plus the living room, it makes it easy to have personal time and social time. « David communicated very well from beginning of booking to check out. Check in/out instructions clearly defined. Aside from some minor housekeeping things (previously discussed with David), the house was neat and cozy. Slept six easily, enough parking for a large SUV & sedan, and quiet neighborhood. I'd book again. »
