« Indeed, it is without hesitation that we would rent in the same place. We had the chance to chat with the owner, and he took great care of us. If something was missing from the house, we just had to let it know. Which, in fact, was not really the case. I also liked the location for the proximity to the tram. »

« Absolutely perfect for our three-generation family trip. Quiet and convenient family-oriented neighborhood, if was within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Clearly well maintained too, as we arrived from the airport on a 90+ degree day, drenched and exhausted from travel, and stepped right into a calm, cool (she must've had the A/C on in anticipation of our arrival) and stunning property that looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen had everything we needed for lazy morning breakfasts...

« Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication with Michelle was awesome. The only downside is sleeping in the living room on a weekend night. Ear plugs weren’t adequate to drown out the noise from Bourbon street. »

« This is an absolute win if you enjoy being in the midst of the action, but close enough to step away and relax too. The roof top patio was a real delight for people watching and relaxing. The only thing to be aware is being in the midst of activity is the music noise. Bring earplugs if youre a light sleeper. But we had a great stay. »

« We arrived as the cleaning crew were leaving, at 4pm. When we walked in I noticed a funny smell. Upon further inspection, there was leftover crumbs under the burner coils on the stove and when I opened the oven door the origin of the stench became clear, there was old food in a dirty skillet that was rotten with a dirty pizza pan on top of it. They sent someone to remove the dirty dishes but they did nothing to clean the oven or stove to get rid of the spills or leftover crumbs of stinky...

« My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary and it was the perfect location and size of space we needed. So close to Magazine Street and to the St Charles Streetcar to get to the French Quarter. We loved it!! Would definitely come back. Nathan was a great host!! »
