Park City Paradise is located in the Snow Flower, a premiere ski-in/ski-out resort loaded with awesome amenities. LOCATION!

The location of this condo cannot be beat. Truly. There are some inconveniences, for example: the sleep number bed wouldn’t work and one side of the mattress in bunk bed room was completely deflated and unusable. Most electrical outlets didn’t work. I couldn’t use blowdryer in bathroom because none of the outlets worked. The heat throughout was inconsistent, but the portable heaters worked like a charm. The fireplace didn’t work. To be fair, we didn’t contact the property manager about any of this to give them a chance to fix it. I think all could e been remedied if we had contacted them and asked to come inspect/repair. Despite the minor inconveniences, we’d still chose to stay here again because the location really was that great.

Good Amenities & Location. Needs updating.

Location and ability to walk out lifts, locker room for ski storage, gym/pool onsite were great, and covered parking. All amenities that you cannot beat. Host was also very prompt/responsive to our needs-restaurant recommendations and response within one day to fix the clogged shower drain. The condo itself is in desperate need of updating and a deep clean. The entire kitchen is on its last leg from cupboards & countertops to appliances. Many pots, pans, silverware available, but they are haphazardly everywhere. Not sure how to comfortably sleep 8 here with suitcases and ski bags, although physically there are 8 places to sleep with the sofa pull out. 2nd bedroom has queen bed and bunk, but you cannot store your luggage in room as there is not really space to do so. Plenty of extra linens, pillows. Queen bed mattress is equivalent to a sofa pull out and is very, very low to the ground, not comfortable. The dresser cannot be utilized as the bed is too close to pull out the drawers. The space is really tight. Master bedroom is great, bathroom is fine, just old. Smoke detector goes off repeatedly w/steam even when using the fan. Would stay in this location again, but not this unit unless it underwent significant remodel.

Convenient, but feel like a male college condo

Fireplace doesn’t work. It should. It’s winter. Hair dryer is broken. Heater in bathroom intermittently worked. Upgraded other bathroom, but not master bathroom Two remotes for tv, which took too long to figure out. Kitchen - old and dirty pans, small kitchen Batteries in safe were out. Non working lamp in master bedroom. Not clean, pieces of trash found everywhere. Oven light is out. BUT, it was convenient and had covered parking. We slept really well. Beds were comfortable. There’s lots going for it. It just needs attention.

Hard to beat location and space for 2-4

We love the SnowFlower! Fantastic location to get to the lifts and bus into town. The enormous hot tub on site requires a short brisk walk but well worth it. Love the locker room and parking space. This is our 2nd stay - different condo. The space here was ideal (if not too much) for just the 2 of us. Could definitely use a deep cleaning in the kitchen and some appliances are one their last leg - but we would book again. Note, the fire place is not working. The rental managers were incredibly accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. The little details were much appreciated such as snacks and abundance of towels. Primary bedroom was very comfortable and bedding was more than suitable.

Great location, perfect for anyone looking to ski Park City

The location is practically unbeatable for any skiers. The First Time lift is literally steps away from the building. The condo itself is also nice with no complaints. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next season.

Mountain biking mecca

The email we received to check in had 2 different codes for the door. Had to call customer service and while on hold saw there was another code on the email. Also the codes for the courts and pool were also incorrect and every time we had to enter something we had to call customer service. The check in information also had incorrect codes. The place was other wise super close to mountain bike trails. Place was well equipped. Kept our mtn bike on the front porch locked up. Super safe area. Would definitely return.

Mountainside gem

We have stayed in several ski-in-ski-out condos, but this was the easist. My family of 4 felt right at home in this condo that is just steps away from The First Time lift. We arrived to clean, crisp linens, snacks, and all the kitchen necessities to get us started for a great trip. My teens loved the gym, and the whole family enjoyed the heated pool that is only a short walk away. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful Location

This is a true ski in/out property. We walked out the door of our unit to the back of the building and there were the lifts. Owners were very attentive and excellent with communication. Very comfortable for 5 people, plenty of space. Master bedroom is an oasis, huge room with a desk and private bathroom. I brought my adult daughters and the second bathroom was huge - lots of room to spread out makeup and hair accessories and two in the bathroom at a time was not at all crowded. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The bath towels were some of the softest we’ve ever had in a rental. Underground parking was convenient. Pools and hot tubs were HOT - we enjoyed them on a snowy night. We drove into town for dinner although there were a few places right across the parking lot where you could walk and grab drinks and food. The kitchen is small but the owners left us coffee and accompaniments, and S&P and besides breakfast we didn’t really do much cooking. I appreciate not having to buy things like S&P, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. No washer and dryer in the unit but the girls over packed anyway so we didn’t need one. The gym was nice for anyone not skiing or boarding but wanting to work out. We absolutely loved the location and highly recommend this unit.
