Hôtel correct mais malgré tout décevant
Séjour agréable mais désolé de dire que cela ne représente un vrai 5 étoiles. Portier désagréable à qui on arrache un bonjour à demi mot. Dommage Chambre spacieuse mais présenté avec un supplément de 80 euros pour une vue sur la Tour Effel. Effectivement on la voit dans un coin de la fenêtre mais 80 % de la vue portait sur un immense panneau publicitaire couvrant un bout de façade du Louvre. Petits déjeuner hors de prix

Grosse déception
Grosse déception pour un hôtel de ce standing. Toilettes dans la salle de bain. Pas d’eau chaude (douche froide dans un 5*!) . Petit déjeuner décevant compte tenu du prix: panière de viennoiseries minimale , jus de fruits pas pressé sur place, servi dans un verre- sans la bouteille , omelette trop cuite , donc renvoyée , longue attente. Saumon industriel et fromage indigne d’un hôtel 5* (camembert et tranches d’emmental industriels, pasteurisés ). Accueil aimable et vue magnifique sont les seuls points positifs.

Hôtel vieillissant des travaux de rénovation seraient les bienvenus. Mais surtout gros problèmes d'organisation et de service. 30 minutes pour avoir des pancakes, on attend toujours 3 jus d'orange je crois qu'on ne les aura jamais....., quand on commande un taxi tout le monde se passe la formation mais le taxi n'est jamais commandé, a l'enregistrement 3 personnes s'occupent de vous mais ça dure 30 minutes...... Etc....etc .... Attention contrairement à ce qui est écrit toutes les suites non pas un salon séparé, il s'agit d'une seule et même pièce. Donc si vous faites dormir quelqu'un dans le convertible il dort dans la même pièce que vous. Heureusement que l'emplacement est bon néanmoins il y a d'autres hôtels dans ce secteur

Un charme suranné
Cet établissement se caractérise par son charme suranné. Restauré, il a su conserver son cachet d'origine. C'est agréable pour qui ne souhaite pas être confronté à une énième réplique d'un même décor aseptisé. A l'accueil, Karim s'est montré parfait et à pris soin de nous faire visiter la chambre pour s'assurer qu'elle nous plaisait car nous avions transmi une demande particulière pour les tons de la chambre. Nous avions une vue partielle sur la Tour Eiffel. Cet établissement est don tout aussi respectueux des souhaits des clients qui réservent via un tiers. Une expérience plus agréable que dans un palace situé à 300 mètres de là. Merci.

hôtel bien placé et confortable
Très bon accueil, la chambre était spacieuse. La literie est ferme. La salle de bains était grande et fournie en produits de toilette. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais le choix des produits salés mériterait d'être élargi (saumon fumé, jambon, etc.) si on le compare à d’autres hôtel de la même catégorie. Point à améliorer, motoriser ou améliorer la rotation de la porte d'entrée.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en un habitación con vista a la torre Eiffel, y es un verdadero espectáculo, la habitación era muy amplia y acogedora. El servicio fue muy bueno.

This property is amazing for its location and it's views. It is situated right next to the Louvre. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well and were provided amenties. We had plenty of towels. We upgraded our room for a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was worth ever penny. The balcony out of the bedroom was perfect to have our morning coffee and look at the city of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. My daughter and I have the best memories from our trip to Paris. Customer service was impeccable. The wonderful woman who checked us in, actually took us on a tour of our originally reserved room and the upgrade so we could make a decision of what would appeal better to us. This is a hotel that is so gorgeous in it's decor and appearance and is steeped in history! Would absolutely recommend.
