De petites chambres parfaitement aménagées et modernes. Insonorisation parfaite bravo! Design agréable. Tout est écrit principalement en anglais et le personnel ne parle pas toujours français, c’est surprenant au centre de Paris.

L'hyper connectivité c'est bien,mais quand d'autres clients peuvent entrer dans la chambre de vos enfants en pleine nuit suite à un bug du système de clés(déjà présent lors du check in) c'est assez problématique et peu rassurant. Hotel bien situé,près du métro mais nous n'y retourneront clairement pas, il y a d'autres établissements avec bien plus de charme autour

Nice, modern hotel, tiny room but very comfortable. Location good overall, in an alley off of the main street which itself is off of the main boulevard, the alley looks a bit trashy but the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, no noise from the club a few doors away. Every location in Paris is going to be convenient because there's always something interesting nearby and the Metro will get you everywhere else.

We loved our stay. Beds were comfy, water was plentiful. Room was large enough for 2 people. Tons of restaurants close by. Metro was within walking distance. The hotel food was mostly spicy so we did not try to eat there. I would recommend to anyone, felt safe and was very clean.

GREAT location. Be aware before your book, these are closet sized rooms, wall to wall bed, could not even open two small suitcases. The facility is clean and the staff is great Location is PERFECT. Highly recommend

Gimicky use of Ipads to control everything electrical. Old ways probably more convenient. My ipad charger didn't work. Ipad ran down and wouldn't work just before I left. Worst thing: Small refrigerator in room didn't work. Reported this shortly after arriving. Never fixed or offered to move me to a room where it worked. Staff very nice and helpful, but restaurant not great.

Apart from the tablet you can find manual buttons to control the TV, blinds and lights in the room. Sad to hear you had troubles with the ipad charger and the fridge. We are happy to offer room move, in case our availability allows it. The property featured very small rooms, more suitable for a single person but adequate for a couple. The hotel was very modern, clean and well appointed otherwise. Great staff. Lovely breakfast but expensive. Lovely lounge and dining area. Location was a little off the transportation routes. Had to walk some distance with luggage from train station. However, quick ride to Gare du Nord on our way home. Overall, a relatively inexpensive, good value hotel option in a very expensive city.

You could not get coffee in the morning before 7am even through room service. They had coffee set up in the libby for a group, but would not let anyone else get some. The coffee machine in the room did not work and leaked all over. Never again will i stay here or recommend here.

And for the experience you had.However we must let you know that citizenM offers coffee and tea 24/7 at our canteenM and we do not hold up coffee from our guests, and if this was the case in our hotel, we will not hesitate to share the feedback to our team and this is not our way of taking care of you as a guest. The hotel location was convenient and easy to get to from CDG airport. Yes the rooms are small, but they are perfectly suitable for a few days in Paris to use as a base. The rooms were quiet, and all of the staff we met were so friendly. We arrived at around 10am and were able to check in straight away for no additional cost. This was what we needed after waking up at 2am for our flight. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great hotel! The only issue I ran into was sometimes a weird smell would enter the room randomly I'm assuming from the shower drain in the bathroom. Other than that the staff was very friendly and great. The hotel room was clean and super cute. I would return.
