The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated studio, ideally located five minutes from the Palais Garnier and Galeries Lafayette! It is perfectly equipped for two people.



The studio includes:

• A living space: convertible sofa bed for two people (140 × 200 cm), Smart television, storage and unlimited Wi-Fi access.

• An open kitchen equipped with microwave, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: includes a shower, toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The studio also has laundry facilities: iron and ironing board.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at iconic addresses like Café Pouchkine or Café de la Paix, and lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Bouillon Chartier or Le Grand Café Capucines, perfect for an authentic Parisian gastronomic experience. For your daily shopping, several local shops, Monoprix, Franprix, bakeries and greengrocers are within walking distance for fresh bread, fruit, wine and local products. Arrival Guide - By Plane

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Route: Board the RER B train to Gare du Nord. Transfer to Metro Line 7 (direction La Courneuve), and alight at Chaussée d'Antin – La Fayette.

From Orly Airport (ORY)

Route: Take the Orlyval light rail to Antony, transfer to the RER B train towards Charles de Gaulle Airport, and exit at Châtelet. Then, switch to Metro Line 7 (direction La Courneuve) and alight at Chaussée d'Antin – La Fayette.

By Train

From Gare du Nord

Metro Line 4:

Take Metro Line 4 (towards Mairie de Montrouge).

Travel 3 stops and alight at Châtelet station. Transfer to Metro Line 1:

At Châtelet, transfer to Metro Line 1 (direction Château de Vincennes).

Ride 2 stops and get off at Saint-Paul or Hôtel de Ville.

Deposit Requirement

Deposit: €250, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Noise: Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Construction: Please be aware of construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Usage: Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.

NB: We would like to inform you that the internet connection is currently unavailable. We are doing our best to get the network back up and running as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as this is beyond our control, we cannot accept any complaints about the situation and all requests for refunds will be refused.



Minimum Age: 21 years to make a reservation. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed entry only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. No refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
