Nous arrivons tout juste d’un merveilleux séjour de 10 jours dans cet appartement. Nous avons adoré la Bella Cita pour sa localisation, son confort et ses divers équipements... Beaucoup de restaurants et de commerçants dans les alentours ... près de tout à pieds . Le seul bémol, la cafétière filtre ... pas évident lorsque nous avons l’habitude de boire un bon café tôt le matin. Une cafetière Nespresso serait bienvenue 😉... Merci de nous faire profiter de ce merveilleux petit appartement 👍👍👍.

Une semaine à Paris!!!
Nous avons séjourné une semaine au 11 rue Pecquay. L'appartement est très bien situé, paisible et confortable. À deux pas des rues Rambuteau et Francs-Bourgeois, où il est facile de s'approvisionner de produits alimentaires de qualité, c'est sans hésitation que je recommande l'endroit. Our Stay in the Marais
Bella Citta is a delightful find. Located on a very short street with minimal vehicular traffic, this unit is located on the ground floor of an inner courtyard, so it is quiet and very safe. There are many lively areas within a 5 minute walk offering restaurants, food shopping etc. We used the Rue Rambuteau metro, but there many others stops a short walk away. The management group is courteous and responsive. You will be met at the door to the building by a management representative so if your prearranged arrival time changes, let the rep know otherwise you may find yourself standing in front of the door, wondering what to do next. The all ceramic floor really lessens the worry about uninvited creepy-crawleys. The wifi is excellent. There are plenty of wall plugs, especially in the kitchen area. This unit ticked all the boxes for us.

Cozy stay in Le Marais
Quiet, comfortable and safe. Appreciated the ground level and courtyard entrance for 2 elders with luggage. Great to walk everywhere: restaurants, shops, a wonderful neighborhood. May be best for a single traveler or a couple. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic Location
First timers to Paris and Bella Citta made our trip a great success! In the heart of Le Marais, we loved stepping out each morning to get pastries and coffee from different cafes (so many close choices!). Bella Citta was a quiet retreat from the daily bustle which was surprising given how close it was to night life. So easy to use the week long Navigo pass to take Metro, RER, and busses to everything we wanted to see.

Great flat - phenomenal location - responsive management company
The apartment is a one-bedroom one-bath on the ground floor facing an inner courtyard. It was very quiet with fantastic blackout curtains. The heat worked well. There is a table to eat at and a pull-out couch that was comfortable to sleep on. The apartment was spotless. The location itself is just supreme - easy walk to the metro, easy walk to catch the train to CDG or a metro to a train station, and so many places to walk to within the center of the city. The management was very easy to communicate with as well as accommodating for our travel schedules both arriving and departing. The agence is just around the corner from the flat. I would stay here again for sure.

Quiet courtyard rental
I really liked how quiet this little courtyard apartment was and how we slept well even in a bustling neighborhood. It was safe and clean and by fun stores, bakery etc. I liked that they had a couple of fans available and several coffee and tea makers. I did not see one bug and checked the mattresses, flipped the light on at midnight etc. all good which is a huge relief for a traveler! I would give it 5 stars, but assigned 4 because we could not find an outlet in the bathroom, there were not screens and as an American I was worried something would come in the first floor window at night, the hot water was set at a burn your skin high level , there were not chairs to being outside, and lastly ,the rental company sent a text that they were coming into the apartment to measure for draperies. I don’t like a surprise visit with my passports laying out etc. I thought they should have waited till we were gone Even with these minor issues, the three of us all really liked the apartment and that we could get great restorative sleep.

Great location, property and hosts. Attention to minor maintenance issues would have made this a 5 star property. Peeling paint in bathroom ceiling, mold in bathroom ceiling corner, dishwasher not secured in cabinet, throw rug in living space dangerously slides on floor, no manuals for applicances.

Location location location
Two blocks east of the Pompidou Centre in the Marais. This unit was clean, comfortable and very quiet, tucked into the ground floor of a courtyard in the heart of Paris. The hosts were very responsive and very informative, including arranging a 4 a.m. cab ride to the airport.

Nestled in quiet street but near the Metro station and Rue Rambateau shops and restaurants, the apartment was secure, spacious, comfortable and clean. Check-in was seamless. It took our visit to Paris from A to A+.

The location is excellent, right around the corner from cafes, restaurants and grocers. It's pretty quiet. Beware the tile floors in cooler weather. There are no area rugs and the floors are cold. Bring slippers.

The apartment was perfect for our needs!
For the two of us the size and location was great. We loved the little court yard and wished it had been warmer to sit outside. The location worked for us so we could walk to lots of sights in Paris and the apartment was nice and quite. We found plenty of places to eat or just stop for a glass of wine. Our only problem was the dryer took a long time to get things dry. However we would definitely stay here again.

Our train was delayed getting into Paris which seemed to irritate the host. When we checked in, he was abrupt and hurried through the process. The apartment was clean but because the floors were brownish, looked dirty. The apartment had a washer/dryer combination appliance. The washer part worked but the dryer part did not, even when used by itself. The host did not respond to texts. The patio/courtyard, though looking inviting, was a common entry courtyard for all apartments, mainly used for coming and going as well as smokers. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants and shops. The bed was clean and very comfortable.

Excellent location and nice apartment. It does need some more kitchen equipment, rather than the odds and sods that are there. Also, some written instructions for the oven would make it useable as it’s a combo microwave and convection. We were unable to crack the code. Very quiet apartment and good eating is close by.

We had a great stay for 4 nights at this apartment in the heart of Le Marais. It's on the ground floor but is on the inner Courtyard and so it was very quiet. The small street it's on also has very little traffic. There's plenty of room for two people. The layout is a bit odd and makes me wonder whether this was previously a garage. There's basically one large room that has kitchen utilities in one corner, kitchen table in another, and couch / TV in the other 40% of the room. It has a washer dryer next to the dishwasher. There is a small fridge there as well. It's a bit unusual but it works. The bathroom is quite large by Paris standards. The shower has a nice shower head that makes a showering experience very pleasant. There are number of cupboards in the bathroom as well and one of us put our clothes in the bathroom and the other one of us used the shelves in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable.

A comfortable apartment for our stay
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It has a great location, a very cute quiet street near bistros and all Parisian special things culinary and the rest of the Marais, including a quick walk to the Pompidou Center (a must see) as well as transportation. We were three, so one slept on the sleeper sofa in the living room, for two it would be more ideal if you plan on a lot of use of the living room, but we were all happy with it anyway, and didn't really need the living room much because we were out, like you should be in Paris. The owners were responsive. We recommend it..

Clean and well-located unit in the heart of the Marais!
My husband and I stayed in this little apartment for three nights recently on a trip to Paris. The unit is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures but it has everything you need, especially for 2 people. It’s also nice not to have to climb steps after a long day of walking! The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is roomy and works well (good water pressure in the shower). Coffeemaker is a huge plus as well. We might suggest a foldable luggage rack or two in the bedroom, so we didn’t have to use the dining table for our things. Also, we couldn’t get the cable TV to work while we were there, but we spent so little time in the apartment, it really didn’t matter. We had a really nice stay in Bella Citra!

Great for a couple.
The property is very well located in the heart of the Marais and convenient to shopping and the Metro. We were three adults in the apartment. The apartment is best suited for a couple because of the location of the bathroom being off the living room where the second hide-a-bed is located. This made for inconvenient use. The kitchen is completely equipped with new appliances and everything functioned properly. I would certainly stay again as a couple and be 100% satisfied. Another plus is that it is on the ground level so there are no stairs.

PERFECT LOCATION!
This is a great little apartment in the heart of Paris' Le Marais District. Easy walk to everything!. Many restaurants and markets close by and every kind of clothing store one can imagine. All within walking distance. Easy walk to Notre Dame and several other landmarks too. The apartment was in a great neighborhood. The building itself was very safe and secure and clean. Everything was as pictured and all appliances worked great. (We appreciated the blackout curtains which allowed us to catch up on some needed rest after a full day of travel). Having to purchase the cleaning supplies was a little silly since we ended up leaving most of it behind. Would make more sense to just add $10 to the rent and have these things available. We literally had to go to a grocery store at 8pm to buy toilet paper as there was none in the apartment. That said, the folks managing the apartment could not have been nicer or more responsive. Very accommodating. Great people to do business with. Loved this place and would stay here again. '

Charming apartment in vibrant neighborhood
We spent 5 days in this charming, spacious and clean apartment. We were quite comfortable here. The check-in was easy and the staff prompt in answering questions (quirky door locking procedure and dryer instructions) to fixing a slow drain. The neighborhood is wonderful—full of energy, cafes, markets and shopping. A metro Station is only a couple blocks away. Be sure to go to Baffo for a terrific Italian meal right across the street. Merci for a great stay!

Such a great location
My daughter-in-law and I finished our 19 day European trip here - we spent the last 4 nights. I was very concerned about the bed as I didn't want to be "cuddling" with her in a small bed and neither of us really wanted to sleep on the Futon. Fortunately this was a king size bed and quite comfortable. It is not a California King - it is a king. We did not try the Futon, so I can't tell you if it was comfortable or not. The apartment is very secure and we loved being on the first floor - NO STAIRS or small elevator. You can hear the neighbors above you walking and you can hear some noise from the neighbors in the courtyard, so if you are really a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We didn't have a problem with it - just an FYI. The apartment didn't have salt, pepper or sugar, which was kind of expected. There is no food or any kind in this apartment. My apartment in this area had olive oil, tea, coffee, etc. So just another FYI. The apartment was very clean. Little peeling on the bathroom ceiling, but that again didn't bother us. It should be addressed, however. Gregory that met us was very informative. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes and we just contacted him and he came back to meet us. That was great. Thanks Gregory. Also, something new for me in renting was the charge of 13 euros for dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, sponges, etc. We did speak with the neighbors across from us and they said they got the same charge. I have not experienced this before and I rent apartments quite often. Just different. I would definitely rent this apartment again. Thanks for the nice stay. Vicki and Cynthia

Fantastic location and charming
Three of us stayed for four nights on our first time trip to Paris. Lovely vibe with many bars/cafes just around the corner but still so quiet. Also close to Metro and easy walking to Notre Dame etc. While we were met by a lovely young man who gave instructions it would have been very useful to have had the information in written form to refer to e.g. washer/dryer, oven etc. Would stay again!

Great location for a visit to Paris
Apartment worked out really well for us. Felt very secure and comfortable. Gregory responded quickly to our requests. The location is ideal - close to Notre Dame. A great way to get around is with the Batobus which can be boarded near the Hotel de Ville. It stops at the main attractions along the Seine. Would be happy to return to this apartment on our next trip.

A quiet, comfortable respite
This is a modern, well-appointed apartment in one of the hottest areas of Paris, Le Marais. It was spacious enough to spread out, with a nice-sized combination living/dining/kitchen area, and a good-sized modern bathroom with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Very clean! Appliances and fixtures are newer and in good working order. It's always a challenge for me to operate the combination washer/dryer you find in France, but the agency's representatives, both Miguel--who met us right on time for check-in--and a second gentleman who answered our distress call on a Saturday morning about the WiFi (all taken care of, and the WiFi is strong and fast) were very helpful, kind, friendly and quick to respond. The owner/agent Vincent is fantastic to deal with! This apartment, like the majority of apartments in Paris, does not have air conditioning; but there were two fans which helped greatly to offset the effects of the heatwave we experienced while there. Though the apartment does not get direct sun, I suggest keeping the black-out curtains drawn during the day, then opening the windows and turning on the fans when you return to cool down the apartment rather quickly. The furnishings were very nice, with a lovely, high-quality thick duvet on the bed, which we removed and replaced with only a top sheet so that we could sleep more comfortably. The mattress was very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the sheets were high thread-count and had just the right feeling of soft. Bath and hand towels (bring your own washcloths or lufas) were also high quality. The bathroom has nice deep drawers and lots of closet space to store things. The bedroom also had a very nice amount of closet space with plentiful hangers and deep shelves. It is on the bottom floor of an apartment building (which is so nice to have in Paris, since so many buildings don't have lifts) and we felt very secure, as a code is needed to enter the apartment building courtyard. Around the corner is a really nice bistro that was always packed with trendy young folks (we're older) but we never heard any noise at all once we entered the apartment. Lovely, quiet location. There was every conceivable kind of shop you would want or need within a few blocks in several directions--food stores, bakeries, restaurants, delis, and even a dry cleaner. The Metro is only a couple of blocks away, easy to find and use. For the price, it was an excellent choice!

Beautiful apartment and great location
We were impressed with Bella Citta from the moment Miguel arrived to show us around. He is a charming Spaniard who speaks perfect English (and apparently French, Italian and a smattering of Dutch and Portugese) and showed us everything in the apartment and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is somewhat sparse but lovely, impeccably clean and has a fabulous location: just a step away from rue Rambuteau with its lively markets, shops and cafes and a minute away from the Pompidou Center. The company who manages the apartment was also great. When we were forced to leave a load of clean clothes in the dryer because the door malfunctioned and we could not open it, they offered to send our clothes back to the U.S. at no cost to us. We highly recommend Bella Citta.

Excellent stay in the Marais!
We were met by Agnes promptly at noon and she spent time explaining everything about the apartment to us for our 10 day stay in September. We also got the map out and Agnes told us which metro lines to use to access many of the sights in Paris. The apartment was off a courtyard so no stairs, and was very clean and spacious. The queen bed was comfortable and there was a window we could open to let fresh air in. The living area was a combination kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, small fridge, washer & dryer. There was also a large flat screen TV with 4 English news stations. We were a just few minutes walk from a metro station. We also made use of a Paris Metro app which made getting around super easy. There were many shops and restaurants close by, as well as a bank machine. We met both the landlady and Dana the housekeeper and they were both friendly and attentive to our needs. We can't say enough about the Paris office which was just around the corner and how helpful they were. They called a cab for us the last day to take us to the airport. Merci beau coup! We loved our home away from home and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
