« We were so impressed with The Montford. The house was so well taken care of, and had everything we needed. No detail was overlooked! We had two families plus my mother, and it was the perfect amount of space. Location-wise, we were less than a min walk from Main Street, where we spent a majority of our time. Chris, the host, checked in on us and was extremely responsive when I asked a question. Could recommend this property enough! »

« The Property Manager contacted me close to check in time letting me know that i was being moved from a studio to a 1BR due to issue in studio. The 1BR was an upgrade at no extra charge. There were some issues with the 1BR which I have already relayed to the manager and will hopefully be fixed before next guest. Location was on a busy street. I stayed on a Friday night so alot of car/motorcycle noise. Not properties fault- i didn't know the area. LR and DR furniture was very limited and not...

« We love historic homes. Apartment had everything we needed to cook. Furnished well, had room A/C, living room and kitchen temperatures very comfortable. Host very timely with instructions prior to arrival and departure. »

« The property was amazing and beautiful. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The host was great at communicating and had a folder with things to do and see. Make sure to check out the antique stores and visit Gatsby's for a drink and meal. »

« Excellent spot in Downtown Bay City. Walked to everything. Had never been to Bay City before and wanted to be in the heart of things. This place is it. Great communication from host. Apartment was well stocked with everything needed to stay the weekend including coffee. Highly recommend. If we come back to Bay City we WILL stay here again! »
