« We were comfortable and the room was clean. No big complaints or really anything bad to say. We did find out upon checking in that our room was in the 1st floor (that’s fine) but the whole first floor a/c wasn’t working and there were fans in the room. The clerk actually stated it this way “Your room is on our first floor, which you chose based on your booking. (? no clue) Our first floor a/c is not working and so each room only has a fan.
