« Hermitage House was the base for exploring Spearfish and Deadwood. If you get in this area please check out this home. It exceeded our expectations. The home is spotless and shows as brand new. Beds are comfortable. View is incredible. Can't say enough good things. Turkeys greated us on arrival and the deer gathered to say goodby. »

« Beautiful location and the home was very nicely layed out and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. TV was limited. Not many options without paying for it. Hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. Property did not have air conditioning and it was too hot for no air conditioning. The french doors from the kitchen to deck wouldn't lock and doors were pretty worn out. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in a very scenic beautiful area and a nice home. »

« This place is perfect for a family! The fireplace inside and outside was awesome! The hot tub was a must! Close to everything we needed. Great place to stay and will for sure use this place again. »

« Saw lots of wildlife. Only a few miles from spearfish canyon. (One of the most beautiful scenic drives in the country).Had everything we needed for entertaining children and cooking for the large group. »
