« We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for Father’s Day weekend. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and perfectly prepared for us. The house features a large pool with a relaxing jacuzzi and a spacious lanai — perfect for enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather. « I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! « The listing is accurate. The house was recently built and has a great modern design. Our favorite spots were the tiki hut on the dock, the kitchen and the pool with the screen enclosure. The owners communicated well and the house was very clean. The only opportunity for improvement is that it was missing a paddle for one of the kayaks. Overall awesome house. Highly recommended! »
