Vue magnifique depuis la chambre. Le sentiment d’avoir la plage et l’océan pour soi. Quel bonheur de s’endormir et se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues. Excellent séjour au Cabo Break, la piscine de l’hôtel est très agréable si vous ne souhaitez pas aller sur la plage ou vous baigner, car il y a pas mal de vagues donc plage plutôt adaptée pour le surf. En revanche, la musique du restaurant en dessous pourrait être un peu moins forte :)

We had stayed at the Krystal Grand a few years ago and really enjoyed it so we decided to go back and stay in the Altitude Tower this time! Unfortunately is was not at all as we expected. The rooms in the Tower (a supposed upgrade) reeked of mold and when we changed rooms the mold was just as bad as in the second room as it was it first! The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained! The rooms with private pools offered no privacy at all and didn't have a patio sitting area! The pool in the Tower was cloudy and tiles in the main hotel pool were missing! The lounge mats in both pool areas were paper thin and there was a very limited amount of umbrellas available. The property also smelled like sewage for the first three days we were there until the cesspools were finally drained on day four. As for dining, the Italian restaurant was average and Asian restaurant served, with the exception of sushi, what seems a lot like take-out food. Fortunately for us though we were staying in the Tower and were able to access the Grill, (every meal was outstanding) for breakfast and lunch and for a special dinner night! The guests staying in the main hotel however were mostly delegated to eat at the very saddest buffet we have ever seen! Additionally, the front desk staff was not at all helpful! On a positive note though, the rest of the staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! The best part of our hotel stay! We highly recommend staying somewhere else in Los Cabos!

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.
