We got in late in the evening the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing and sweet! breakfast was great, room was cleaned immaculately, the pool was amazing every was perfect! « Ok hotel, I arrived around 18 which is a bit busy. Took some time (10 min) to get the room, open the door to find out that the trap to access the bathtub plumbing was down in the room (you could see under the bath and imagine rats and other bugs) with rust all around. I went back to the desk, waited, got another room and... door locked stayed open (battery failure).. got back to the desk, waited, got promised VIP passes that never came. So, in short, bad maintained hotel with lying staff. »
