« The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. « Les gens à la réception était non recevable. On est arrivé 2 heures avant l’heure permise pour checkin, en premier c’était 70$ usd, ensuite c’était 70$ usd pour les 2 chambres. On est revenu à 14:30 et encore même si les chambres étaient disponibles, non il fallait payer les 70$. Aucune ouverture non plus à nous donner un petit qqc parce qu’on quittait 30 minutes avant l’ouverture du déjeuner. La chambre était très bien, propre et tranquille, qui est l’essentiel selon moi. »

« I called twice about the TV not working and all we got answering machine. I preferred to talk to human beings and the parking lot was horrible there’s only 14 available and if you decided to leave it have dinner or to drive around town you will be parking a block away from the hotel. We hardly slept because you can hear the cars and the air conditioning was so loud. I will definitely never booked at the ARCADIA HOTEL in BOISI ever again. »
