« The staff communicated regularly before and during our stay. The Hill House was very clean. We had all amenities needed. Staff brought a breakfast basket with snacks and coffee every morning. The property was clean and quiet, but close to the town of Julian, CA. I highly recommend Orchard Hill. »

« Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench »

« This was the bad experience I have ever had as soon as I walk inside the cottage.. It was so stink and smelly. I had to drive back to town and purchase the air freshener and emptied the hole air freshener in the room. Refrigerator was making noise. I even couldn’t sleep at night And definitely climbing the ladder I had my head right on the ceiling was the most difficult challenge to go to bed I do believe they have to take care of their BEDBUG because ALL night till morning, my both legs, and...

« Jennifer was great. They contacted me when the room was ready, they were there and offered to help if I needed anything. Even though the property was old it was kept up well and did not stink and the room was clean. I would definitely stay again. »

« The cottage is immaculate and decorated in a very pleasant manner that fits the Julian vibe. When I had questions, the host answered them quickly. All appliances are new, the kitchen and bath have both been very recently remodeled with attractive finishes. Very pleasant ambiance. My only cautionary note is that when booked thru VRBO, my credit card was charged a very large damage deposit upfront along with the cost of the stay. Perhaps that could be reconsidered. »

« If you need a property to go to and relax... keep this one in mind. The area, the property is just amazing. Super clean, communication is awesome, beds are super comfortable... even the living room couch. I would highly recommend this property and no I didn't get paid for this review. Just an honest review from someone who came to enjoy peacefulness with my family. »
