« The floors were quite dirty. The sink in the bathroom was disabled in that the drain plug was not working so it was very awkward trying to shave. There was remodeling taking place and that was noisy. Worst of all was the noise in the evening from jet planes repeatedly flying over the hotel. »

« This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. « They gave away a prepaid reservation to some random guy and my mom and family had to sleep in their car. When Expedia contacted they said a guy checked in at 9 and left in the morning dropping off the keys to the room. Who was that man? Why would you give the room that was already paid for to some random guy. Very upset and disappointed. »
