« My wife and I (and our little dog) had a wonderful time in Donna's place along the Gunnison River. In mid-May the river was quite full and fast. It is only 50 feet out the back door with chairs on the back deck or a swinging seat in the yard overlooking the river. As mentioned in her description we had deer walking thru the yard every day. There are places on either side but we never saw anyone or any other noises. Very quiet and peaceful. If you come in May know that at altitude (7700 ft) it...

« We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool. Property manager Joe is a warm and welcoming host, as is the resident cat, Coal (who runs the place and lives in the garage). Communications from...

« We live in Grand Junction and my husband has a doctor in Montrose that he sees for his lungs and COPD treatments. We had fire in our house in GJ and they are still working on repairs so we stay in a camper traileron our property. We have used the Montrose trips as a get-away and out of the trailer »
