Cet hôtel est très bien, le service à la clientèle est très satisfaisant. Les employés sont très gentils et soucieux. La nourriture était bonne. Le service aux chambres était très satisfaisant. C’est un bel endroit pour se reposer. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel!

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 4 nuits dans la chambre 701. Cette chambre a une porte communicante avec la chambre 702. Ça peut très bien se passer quand les personnes sont calmes, mais là j'ai été confrontée à un bruit infernal pendant ces 4 nuits. Dès que mes "voisines" sont arrivées, je suis descendue à la réception pour demander un changement de chambre et on m'a dit que "l'hôtel était complet" et qu'on ne pourrait pas m'accommoder. Je suis donc remontée et j'ai demandé aux filles de baisser la musique. Elles ont été coopératives, mais bon quand on est en groupe, c'est difficile de gérer le bruit. Le samedi après une nuit très courte, je suis retournée à la réception pour redemander un changement de chambre et on m'a dit que rien n'était dispo jusqu'à lundi soir. J'ai assez de mal à le croire et je pense plutôt qu'ils n'avaient juste pas envie de m'accommoder... À part ça, ma chambre était bien agencée et grande. La salle de bain devrait être rénovée. L'ascenseur est resté bloqué au 2ème étage pendant quelques minutes. Au début, les portes ne voulaient plus s'ouvrir, on a appuyé sur le bouton alarme. Les portes se sont finalement ouvertes et on a fini par prendre les escaliers. Les points positifs : la nourriture (excellente), le personnel - Victoria à la réception est vraiment gentille, les barmans, serveurs/serveuses, le personnel de nettoyage et de la sécurité, les valets = ils sont tous supers, souriants, gentils. J'ai adoré tt ce que j'ai mangé dans les restos

nous avons passes 2 jours dans cet hotel, le seul reproche que je ferais, c'est qu ' ils n'explique rien du fonctionement des restaurants, du spa des velos en libre service, le paiememnt n'est pas clair non plus aucun recu , les taxes on ne sait pas ce que c'est ????? Tout cela est tres destabilisant

Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable. Plats très bon mais devant être réservé chaque matin. L’hôtel propose un service test covid, très pratique et l’accueil est ouvert 24/24. Des cocktails de qualités et un personnel très aimable et disponible. Chambre très très propres. Seuls bémols: la musique trop forte à la piscine, la vue depuis la chambre sur des travaux et le moteur de l’ascenseur était à côté de la chambre ce qui l’a rendait bruyante.

We just finished up our long weekend at The Warwick. This was our first experience with an all inclusive and what a great place to start. Pretty sure this will be our favorite way to vacation from now on. The staff was always helpful, happy to see you and eager to accommodate. The drinks were flowing, the food was plenty and tasty and the pool was great. It was easy to venture out from The Warwick or just stay at the pool all day. I’m sure that we will be back.

Facility and staff was great. Unfortunately the first night on property our next door neighbor (a local) woke us up at 1:30am beating his gf and it took them 3 hours to quiet the situation. Needless to say no sleep that night. Hotel walls are super thin.

Had some intial issues with check in due to the room having a strong smell of smoke and mold. It was eventually resolved after escalation to the hotel manager. He did a great job of ensuring we didn’t encounter further issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall. It was a bit over priced compared to other properties I’ve stayed with similar offerings.

Warwick Paradise Island All Inclusive was a very nice place to stay. Every staff there was so unbelievably friendly! The only issue we ran into was one of the bed lamps didn’t work. Maintenance came immediately and said they’d have electrician come in and check it out. Definitely will go back!! Highly recommend!!! Christine Scarberry

Outstanding stay! The staff go above and beyond a special thanks to the manager and front desk Sharma and Kendria. They made sure that we were taken care of. The day we were due to come in the airport closed and we had a lot of delays Sharma assured us and we had a seamless check in. They are so patient and compassionate. We have stayed at other resorts before but this one exceeded our expectations the food is delicious, never long lines, fun activities all around 10/10. Highly recommend and we will be back. Also Skinner at the front door was helpful with taxis.

The property is at a safe Location. Staffs were ok, server kendrick was very nice. The property itself is in need of a makeover. The towels need to be replaced even though they were washed they had a lot of stains.bed skirts and certain are in bad conditions. The hotel itself is not bad, it just needs to be upgraded.

Dining options are very scarce, only one restaurant a night was open along with the buffet. Buffet is extremely limited basically its salad bar, burger, a chicken or nachos and that’s every day. The Edgewater Grill on the water was very good and so was the Italian restaurant. The beach is small but it’s nice because it’s very calm. The pool is inconvenient due to the fact that there are only two sets of stairs for such a large pool so it makes it very inconvenient to get in and out of. The restroom are very small in the room and they don’t provide hand soap so bring your own. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful some didn’t want to be bothered. Oh and by the pool there is one cocktail server that took 45 min to get a drink then when I reminded her she said “oh sorry, I get off work soon and I’m already checked out” hahahaha I was shocked by that answer. I’m giving this place 2.5 stars, it was “ok” but not sure I would return.

The staff was amazing !! But it was all underwhelming the property was very old. Rooms were outdated. We were there from Thursday to Monday and our room was only cleaned once. It wasnt much to do. Everybody wanted cash and the only working ATM's were downtown or at the other resort. Very expensive to do activities you would get a better bang for your buck in Cancun

The property was clean. Safe were very welcoming from the beginning. Janay (receptionist) was very sweet and informative. The bartenders Donald, Leo and some others I forgot there names were Awesome! I would definitely stay again.

Hotel accessibility was poor. My husband was in a wheelchair and it was very difficult to get around the pool around - there were no ramps and umbrellas were placed in the pathway so you couldn't get by with a wheelchair.. There were no ramps, the door to the lap pool area was broken, the doors were not handicap accessible/push buttons to open doors.
