For those looking for additional space Shore Shack has two identical adjoining properties, Shore Thing and Shore Enuff. The three properties have a total of 12 bedrooms, 13.5 bathrooms and 3 private pools with connecting gates between properties and a sleeping capacity of up to 62 guests.

DETAILS:
Boasting 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, Shore Shack can accommodate up to 18 fortunate guests. Three of the bedrooms feature spacious En suite bathrooms. A large open-concept floor plan spread across two levels allows for maximum enjoyment among all guests. It features two Great Rooms, one on Level 1 next to the pool area featuring a wet bar with sink and ice maker and the other on Level 2 - there is plenty of room to spread out. The amazing kitchen is a Chef's dream, featuring quartz countertops, floating shelves, a huge u-shaped island with seating for 12, and brand-new stainless appliances including two dishwashers; everyone will want to be in the kitchen preparing the daily feasts. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large gathering room with a flat-screen television. The dining area features a table with seating for 6 and 2 additional workstations, ideal for working or gaming while at the beach. The single vehicle garage also boasts an additional full-size refrigerator.

Level 1 of the property features a Primary Suite with a king bed, a large bathroom with dual vanities, and a huge walk-in shower. The Great Room is also located on Level 1 and features views of the outdoor living space and pool. The Great Room boasts a 75” TV and a large wet bar with an ice maker and sink. Also located on level 1 is a half bathroom and laundry suite.

The Outdoor Living Space and Pool Area will be the perfect hangout with the focal point being the sparkling pool. It features a large, covered porch with 55” flat screen TV and dining table for 8. The spacious pool deck includes lounge chairs, perfect for catching some rays while sipping for favorite beverage. The property features a gas grill and several propane tanks, so you don’t run out of fuel while grilling your fresh catch. The outdoor shower will come in handy after spending the day at the beach.

Level 2: The open floor plan allows for maximum interaction while providing enough space to spread out. 3 Bedrooms are located on this floor, and there is a large gathering area which is great for kids! Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 are located on Level 2, and both feature a King Bed and flat-screen televisions - one with an en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a huge walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 features 2 queen beds and an en suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The huge Great Room features a large flat-screen television, 2 twin-over-full bunks with a twin trundle, and a queen sofa sleeper. A shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination is just steps away in the hallway.

Beach Access 84 is located at the end of the street, just a short walk from the front door, and leads to the secluded beach, which provides more serenity compared to the beaches to the east.

Great time!

We had a great family vacation at Shore Shack. The house was as described. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Loved the private pool. If you have more than 4 vehicles, parking is tight. On the first day, our shower would not work. Management was very responsive and had it fixed by the end of the day. Would recommend staying here!

Spring Break 2025

Eleven of us stayed at Andy’s property for spring break in April, and it was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our group of adults and kids. We chose to heat the pool, and I’m so glad we did. The kids were in the water from morning to night!The common area with the bunk beds was ideal for the kids who traveled with us. They loved having their own space. The home is just a short walk to the beach, which made beach days super easy and convenient.The location is on the quieter end of PCB, away from Pier Park and most of the touristy stuff. That worked perfectly for relaxing days by the pool or on the beach. Just be aware that if you’re planning to explore more of Panama City Beach, traffic can make it about a 30-minute drive.Andy was fantastic—quick to respond and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks inside and outside the home for hanging bath and beach towels. That small tweak aside, the property was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Shore Shack Splendor

Super spacious rental for large family. Enjoyed having family rooms upstairs and down. The large kitchen kept us all together without being on top of each other. Very clean. Appreciated all the start up supplies. Host was very accommodating! Nice pool too! Short stroll to beach even though we used a golf cart. Would highly recommend staying here!

A Vacation Favorite

This house was everything it claimed to be and more! Beautiful open floor plan. The kitchen had everything we needed, which is hard to find in a vacation home. This property was perfect! Plenty of room for multiple families. Perfect location. Only a short walk to beach (one block) and beach access did not have stairs to climb which was perfect with an infant and 2 year old. We will be staying there again.
