This unit provides one assigned parking space. Space P1-42. A second pass for an additional vehicle as an authorized user of the Ocean Ritz common area Overflow lot.  Only one car per unit may be in the overflow lot.  This is a first come first serve lot.  There is an extra overflow lot on the corner of Churchwell street offers extra parking.
