*Optional pool heating is available for the cooler months. Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

*Vehicles cannot be parked in the garage. It is for the golf cart and beach gear only. Two driveways are available for parking.

Everything was as described. We loved the pool and the cleanness of the house. Beautiful decoration. Even the neighbors are lovely. We really enjoyed it

This home had so many rules, some where online.some were not. The a.c was locked ,so we had no control. Quiet time, i believe is what they called it. No noise before 8 am and after 10pm. We are all adults on vacation and we had a curfew. Security cameras everywhere, felt creepy and being watched at all times. Charges up to 250 for using the grill wrong. It was supost to be a celebration vacation and it ruined by the rules.. cops were called on us the First, stating we were having a house party. 2 guest were sleeping and 3 guest were swimming in the pool,playing music but very respectfully and low. This is the first time im am disappointed renting a home. I do not blame vbro for any of these things, and i will use this rental service again in the future. I will not recommend or stay in this home again.

The house was very nice. New and clean. There are two reasons we won't stay here again. 1. "Property under video surveillance" - This property had 8 cameras outside the house, even the pool. There was a locked room in the master bedroom (no closet in that room btw as the closet was the locked room) with a blue light that shone through the top and bottom of the door at all times. We We were bringing out bags in the house after arrival and immediately received a text saying we need to shut the doors. We were bringing out bags in! We were being watched the whole time obviously, even in the pool, which was just creepy. I assumed the property had a ring doorbell or something, but this was creepy. Made me wonder if there were cameras inside. 2. No where in the listing does it say this property backs up to the main parkway! The road noise was so loud that sitting at the pool was not even relaxing. I had difficulty sleeping because the road noise reached even the inside of bedroom at night. Additionally, there was a blue light shingling through the top and bottom of the locked door in the bedroom that was also disruptive to sleep.
