Ceci est une propriĆ©tĆ© fermĆ©e et bien entretenue, unitĆ© avant de la piscine. Les bĆ¢timents de quatre Ć©tages et la propriĆ©tĆ© spacieuse crĆ©ent une atmosphĆØre parfaite pour la dĆ©tente. Notre unitĆ© contient une chambre principale qui a un lit king size, la deuxiĆØme chambre avait deux lits doubles et il y a un canapĆ©-lit dans le salon. Il y a une belle piscine lagon avec un paysage luxuriant et des cascades, une piscine pour enfants, un bar / restaurant tiki donnant sur la plage, des courts de tennis, un bain Ć  remous et plus encore. Interurbain GRATUIT et accĆØs Internet sans fil GRATUIT dans l'unitĆ©. The location of this condo is fabulous and the beach service is absolutely worth it - they had our chairs and umbrellas set up every day right by the stairs because we had a young child with us. They were great! The construction was not an issue at all and didnā€™t bother us while we stayed. Angela was excellent to communicate with when we had some issues with the WiFi (that were resolved day 1!). There are even a number of items in the condo (highchair, pack and play, Keurig, lots of cookware) that werenā€™t mentioned in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised by. This unit and complex are great for travelers looking for a no-frills spot in a great location. The only area lacking was cleanliness. While linens and towels were all clean and appeared new, the unit itself was dirty. Our feet were dirty from walking on the floors even the very first day we were there. I know the beach tracks in a lot of sand, but we felt like the floors were pretty dirty even despite that. I will say the bathrooms (shower and countertops) were clean.

The condo was great! Perfect ground floor location with pool access. Enough space for my 3 young children. Large tv and plenty of kitchen amenities/utensils for cooking. While we love high pointe and the space was top notch, the standout of our stay was the property manager. Before our stay Angela let us know there would be some construction work going on outside our building. She offered a refund if we didnā€™t want to continue the trip in light of this burden. We figured it would be slightly inconvenient but not a big deal. It turned out to be more of an inconvenience than we had expected. When I communicated this with her, She went above and beyond to make us comfortable. She was also very accessible and made it very easy to communicate with her. 10/10 would recommend!

This place couldn't have been more perfect for our family's first beach trip. My wife and I brought our 1 year old and 3 year old for fall break. It was perfect having the pool right outside our patio and the beach access right on the other side of the pool. Huge bonus having the 2 beach chairs and umbrellas reserved each day as well. Once we parked everything was only a short walk away so we didn't even have to get in the car again until we left. We'll absolutely be back!

This place is so gangster! The rooms were large with soft beds and plenty of closet/storage space. The owner ensures that nothing is forgotten in order for you to feel right at home. All the entertainment and food is less than a 5 minute walk or drive. The property is lush and well maintained. The pool and hot tub is heavenly. There are TVs in every room with a variety of channels and easy to use. The shower pressure is husband approved šŸ‘ The view from every room is picturesque. We LOVE Crabby Steveā€™s. Steve is a tentative and hard working man. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Couldnā€™t beat location for price. Super easy access to pool/beach/food. Spent 5 nights with family both kids under 6. Pool was HUGE hit. Condo had everything we needed and very clean. Some Renoā€™s going on to exterior but nothing that hindered our stay. Canā€™t wait to visit again.

Great location and nice large condo. Furniture in living room is dorm quality and really needs to be replaced. Beds are comfy and washer dryer is a definite plus. The complex is quiet, but lobby construction was very inconvenient for coming and going. Crabby Steveā€™s and beach access is the best part!

The property is great. We all want to return in peak season to fully utilize the amenities and beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and a Keurig. Beds were decently comfortable. Decor was a little dated but it wasnā€™t unpleasant. Would definitely stay here again. -bring extra toilet paper, there was a back up supply of everything but that and the rolls were almost gone before we got there. šŸ˜

The location of the unit could not be better for access to the pool or the beach. Towels were old, the master bathroom shower was so old that it almost looked dirty. The guest bathroom shower water ran the entire time we were there. Great location but definitely needs lots of work.

This is a fantastic unit. This was our 4th stay at High Pointe and we never get tired of this resort or the area. Great accommodations, awesome pool, and beach access is wonderful. Not to mention.... Crabby Steves!!!!! This is a hidden gem on 30A. Highly recommend this resort and definitely this particular unit.

We spent a week at this property and loved the location, condo and gracious Host. The photos don't do justice to this property. Large condo on ground floor with east access to pool, hot tub and beach. Directly across from Starbucks, great restaurant/bar and small grocery store. Rosemary Beach is just a short walk away. We highly recommend and will certainly rent this property next time we visit.

Excellent place love being able to walk right out back door to pool...Pool is beautiful as is the Ocean. Very clean, well kept and up to date.. Beds are very comfortable. Stayed for a wedding event in Nov. so did not get to utilize beach chairs etc. Flea markets all up and down the streets during this time and plaza directly across street for restaurants and shopping. Would definately stay again...

Property has been updated since pictures were taken and is very nice. Conveniently located right next to pool and the beach. Just a few steps across the road from Peddlers Pavillion. They took cleaning seriously and the owner was very responsive to messages. This was our favorite 30a stay so far and would definitely book here again!
