« Nice place for business and personal travel »

« For the most part everything was fine except they put us in a handicapped room for some reason even though such a room wasn't requested. I should have complained right away but didn't, my bad. The other issue we had was the internet/wi-fi. I was unable to connect by following the instructions on the tv so I called the number listed but they were unable to help so the agent provided another contact number which wasn't operational. As a last resort I called the front desk and they sent someone...

« Excellent séjour. Chambres propres et spacieuses bien agencées et équipées. Bon petit-déjeuner et piscine couverte. Adresse à recommander sans hésiter »

« My sister stayed in a handicap room which was fine large and good for handicap EXCEPT she could not open the door to get out of the room by herself, she called me I was in a room down the hall. The door is very heavy and a handicap person in a walker or wheelchair can not get in or out of the room! It should have an automatic button to push to open the door. I would not recommend this for a handicap person ! »

« Beds are not comfortable and pillows could use an upgrade Other than that really nice place to stay »

I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned. Please grab a weed wacker and clean up the yard around the stairs to enter the front door. That’s the...

« I had reserved 2 rooms in June for my sister, my parents and myself. Unfortunately, my mother became ill and had to go to the hospital unexpectedly and all of our travel plans changed. The Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma was very understanding and supportive and cancelled my reservations without penalty. I was and am very grateful. »

« Tout le confort nécessaire. Ptit dej de base. Un Denny's a 50m. Attention à la proximité de certaines chambres avec l'autoroute. »

« Great place. Quiet and comfortable. Clean. »

« Très bon séjour de 4 nuits. Juste un bémol : assez proche de la voie rapide . Pour le bruit c’est pas terrible! »
