« The room was clean. The bed pillows were not as comfortable as my home pillow. The pool was small, but we were the only ones using it. There is no hot tub. Breakfast was always hot with a good variety of good food. »

« À l’arrivée en fin de journée, l homme réceptionniste était particulièrement désagréable tout juste poli. La chambre avait une kitchenette mais sans rien aucun ustensiles de cuisine aucun équipement. Pas de café dans les chambres ni à la réception. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est neuf et la dame qui a fait le Check out était très gentille et serviable. L’hôtel pourrait être très bien, la chambre avait une belle vue mais il faut revoir l’organisation »

« The hotel room was very spacious, clean and updated. We really enjoyed the room itself, but coming and going from the room was horrendous due to the cigarette smoke throughout the whole building. If you’re a smoker and don’t mind cigarette smoke then you’ll be fine. Otherwise, you’ll be miserable. In order to access the elevator to get to all rooms you had to pass through the smoke filled casino or walk through a very long hallway between the two casinos which was also filled with smoke. « Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. « L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »
