The home is spacious and has an open floor plan downstairs, making it easy to relax and entertain. The kitchen is well equipped for any level of talent - whether you just want to make a coffee in the morning or prepare all your meals. The spacious bedrooms have plenty of natural light and windows that open for the fresh ocean breeze.

The location is perfect with most things within walking distance, including Crescent Park, the indoor pool, and the tennis and basketball courts.  The hiking and biking trails are all easily accessible from our home.  It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach is just a few minutes from the porch. Our house borders on a greenbelt which provides some privacy to the back of the home.

The layout is simple and sweet. The primary bedroom with private bath is on the main floor. Two additional bedrooms are on the second floor with a full bathroom. As you walk upstairs you enter the media room with a 55-inch flat screen, cable TV, DVD player and lots of books to read as well. If board games are your jam, there are many for you to choose from. WIFI is readily available for your use.

If you would rather spend your time outside - the covered front porch has chairs to spend time relaxing, reading a book, or drinking a cup of coffee. Out the back door is a large porch with picnic table and gas barbecue. You can hear the ocean roar through the trees.  There is an open fire pit with seating as well. The hot tub is also quite private and is very spacious.

The home is peaceful and quiet and we are betting that you will have one of your BEST TIMES at the beach, complete with good memories, pleasant walks, fun games and a reset from the daily grinds you may face during the year. Enjoy your time here!

(On extremely rare occasions, use of carriage house, located above the garage, by owner may occur. You will always have exclusive access to the entire house, driveway, front and back porches, hot tub and fire pit).
