Welcome to The Little Pearl, a natural gem located on a quiet promenade across from Crescent Park, the original of Seabrook’s 18+ parks.

This cheery carriage house tucked along the Garden Promenade invites you to stop in and stay a while. Its beachy blue colors and natural light combine perfectly to begin your minibreak or weekend getaway with a smile. Sitting on the fluffy sofa (that doubles as a sleeper) and surrounded by pillows, you and your kids or travel friends can plan a stroll through the pathway and trees, a marshmallow roast in the firepit steps from your front gate, a swim in the indoor pool across the grass, or a 5-minute walk to town via Meriweather Square.

The Little Pearl is comfortable for four humans plus a four-legged pup with its single bedroom and en suite bath accessible from both the bedroom and main room. The main room is filled with sunlight where you can prepare and eat a meal, or lounge, nap, read, game, and watch TV. Begin your day with coffee overlooking the gardens along the promenade from your balcony. End your day stargazing and relaxing in the hot tub.

This cozy carriage house at the beach is just a 10-minute walk to the shoreline through the town center shops, restaurants, and market for you and your kids, friends, or pup on a weekend getaway at Seabrook.

As a guest of The Little Pearl, you have full, complimentary access to all Seabrook and its amenities, including both swimming pools and the fitness center.

Please note that The Little Pearl shares a lot with a larger home that may be owner-occupied. You will have full use of the hot tub during your stay, located in the courtyard near the driveway access.

The Little Pearl has one designated driveway parking space. Please park on the left hand side of the driveway closest to the fence and entry gate. You may access The Little Pearl through the shared courtyard, or your rental home is accessible from Garden Promenade on the front side of the house. There is additional street parking on Crescent Street and Meriweather Street.
