We invite you to do just that and more with “No Worries.” From the beautiful windswept trees, the long brook leading out to sea and the stunning coastal sunsets, you will immediately appreciate the striking views (and sounds!) from our oceanfront home.

Situated in a small, intimate oceanfront section of Seabrook, just across the road from Main Street, No Worries is close to the very best Seabrook has to offer. Enjoy happy hour on the porch, a dip in the hot tub and pure enjoyment playing in our game room equipped with a pinball machine, professional grade fuse ball and Xbox console with lots of games to choose from.

An onsite shed is filled with pool toys, beach chairs, clam guns, tennis rackets and more!

We want to make sure your vacation is enjoyable the minute you step inside our home. We promise a clean, comfortable and safe place for you and your family. We strive for repeat clients!

We will try to answer any questions ASAP, usually with an hour, and respond quickly to any emergent needs during your stay. We maintain staff, within 10 minutes of the house, should any issues arise.

Whether you've been to Seabrook before, or if this is your first time, one of the first things you'll notice is the relaxed atmosphere. It's a true getaway from the hustle and bustle at home or in the city. Neighbors talk to each other, kids join pick up soccer games and people mingle around fire pits. Seabrook is designed to be walkable.

The main town is literally right across the street! Main town offers restaurants, a wine bar, bookstore, dog shop, candy and ice cream store (our kid's favorite) a spa, shops and even a candle making experience. A large field is set up for soccer and badminton along with pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts available for all.

Easy check-in with a code sent to your phone. The whole house - with the exception of owner's closets in Master Bedroom and Basement is available to you. Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out is 11am due to the time needed to fully clean and get the house ready for YOU!

PLEASE NOTE: RESTRICTED ACCESS to SEABROOK COMMUNITY POOl & GYM:

Seabrook Cottage Rentals (SCR), Seabrook's onsite property management business, prohibits access to these amenities to those who rent via AirBnB or other non-SCR management company.

It is our opinion that SCR excludes AirBnB guests to give them a competitive advantage in the local rental market. SCR guests pay a resort fee in addition to their nightly rate, other fees and taxes.

If you are a pool enthusiast and want access to the pool or gym, we encourage you to book your accommodation through SCR. They are very nice people and they do a great job managing your stay.

All confirmed bookings at No Worries assume you are aware of these excluded amenities.

These limitations are also stated in the T&C/House Rules - Rental Agreement provided within 4 hours of your reservation confirmation.

No refunds or discounts are afforded or honored due to restricted access to community pool or gym. Please cancel your booking within 48 hrs. to avoid a cancellation fee.

We appreciate your understanding and completely support your decision to re-book with SCR to gain access to these amenities.

When you stay at No Worries, you know you’re at the beach! The home features stylish and comfortable furnishings with natural light and soft warm colors to inspire a light, fresh and relaxing feeling. The main floor includes a mud room, gourmet kitchen, dining area, island, living room and half bath. The dining table seats up to 6, while the broad kitchen island seats another 4. We offer amenities such as a coffee pot, Panini press, crockpot/rice cooker, gas range, spices, professional utensils and wine glasses! This home includes everything needed to enjoy the holidays and special moments with friends or family. The open living area has a rustic gas fireplace and large 55 inch LED TV with cable, blue ray DVD player and video streaming (like Amazon, Hulu or Netflix). Outside on the front deck, you can relax and unwind on the large sectional couch and Adirondack chairs.

No Worries is the ideal house for 1-2 families. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; each with their own bathroom, closet, 40 inch LED TV. The master bedroom suite offers a balcony with stunning ocean views, a king sized bed, double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed. You will find beach towels in the hallway closet, as well as an iron and ironing board.

The lower level of our house was designed with entertainment and fun in mind! Kids and adults alike will enjoy the 65 inch LED TV, XBOX ONE, Tornado foosball table, exciting, new Jurassic Park pinball machine and board games. There is also an EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE (American Leather Brand) Queen Comfort sleeper sofa with Tempura Pedic mattress available.

The basement bunk room has 4 XL Twin bunk beds and a large closet with dresser. Each bunk bed has their own private reading light with a console full of toys and books. There is a full bathroom and a full sized front load washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in every bathroom. Laundry pods are offered for the laundry.

Our home also features high speed internet, Google smart speakers, outdoor shower, hot tub, gas grill, and café table for outdoor entertaining. For AT&T and T-Mobile cell phone subscribers, we provide an AT&T Microcell and T-Mobile signal booster, allowing guests to make and receive phone calls using their mobile devices.

Seabrook is easy to get around. Feel free to leave the car in the driveway and walk/bike around town! Feel free to bring your bikes and store in our driveway or shed.

Don't forget the house is on the oceanfront. Just outside the front door, is a pathway leading to one of Washington's most beautiful beaches. :)

This home is dog friendly! Unfortunately, due to family members' allergies, we can only accommodate dog breeds which are hypoallergenic. Dog fees - $50/week, maximum 2 dogs per stay.
