Spacious and renovated apartment of about 90 m2 in a quiet area less than 15 minutes walk from the old town and Gascona (the cider boulevard).

With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and you can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.

As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A living area where you can find a sitting area with sofa and TV and a small dining area.
- Two bedrooms with each double bed
- One bedroom with sofa-bed
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower

It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.

- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
