« This is a great house to rent. With an older teen, it was great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And while we didn't plan on cooking, we ended up making dinner there one night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Because we were out most of the day, we didn't get to see the horses. Hopefully we can spend some daylight hours there next time. »

« We had an amazing stay, close and convenient to Knoxville. This house was perfect! Spacious rooms and bathrooms. My teens loved being able to Bluetooth into the built-in speakers in each room. Nice outdoor space with grill and carport. Beds were comfortable too! »

Host was very responsive and professional. Fenced in yard would be great for pups but we left ours at home this time. Nice back deck and fire pit. « This property is located on part of Knoxville's famous Dogwood Trail and in a neighborhood that boasts beautiful flower gardens, blooming landscapes, lovely historic homes and, while we stayed in April, native flowering dogwood trees. « It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. « This was one of our best vacation rentals! Great location, very quiet but not too secluded, shopping and dining within 10 minutes. House was very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, spices and condiments a plenty. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Beds are soft, but that's exactly how we like it. Communication with the owner was extremely pleasant. Definitely a place we can recommend. »

« My sister-in-law and I spent a week at Biketrail Bungalow and had a wonderful time. The house is adorable and decorated so cute. Missy had provided such an amazing amounts of little extras that most rentals don’t ever offer (pancake batter, syrup, oatmeal, fresh ground coffee, condiments, olive oil, soft drinks, butter, spices, gallon and quart zip,lock bags, first aid kit, heating pad, etc). « This was a comfortable place- not close to downtown at all and not in the best part of town from what we experienced. But we’re fine. And don’t suggest anyone staying alone- felt safer with a male guest we had. Bring your pillows. The beds had the latest pillows and I had to go buy my own to have a decent nights sleep. « We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch. Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival. The master suite was very nice! »
