« Bistro closes kinda esrly especially for a bar area, 10pm is early. Loved that there is access to a market for bottled alcohol and water, basic necessities 24 hours to be charged to the room. Its pretty simple but some hotels dont have vending machines/marketplaces to purchase bottled water at any time Staff was very friendly and helpful »

« This place was so wonderful! It's in a great location to Cades Cove, nature trails, locally owned restaurants and more. I stayed here with my parents when I was a teenager and it was really great to come back with my own family. »

« There were neat little surprises everywhere we turned. The game room had a hidden speakeasy room that was fun to discover. There was a gas fire pit, and the one we preferred was the wood/log fire pit with a nightly movie playing just beside it. We got to enjoy the movie while cozied up beside the fire pit. We also were very surprised to finally have turndown service provided. Thought this was all but a lost service at most places we've stayed at. It was a pleasant surprise to come back to...
