The property was great...had it's own pool so when the community pool got crowded we would retreat to our own home. The house was amazing...our own private game room was a huge added bonus. I would only complain about the cleanliness and property management. Our house was definitely spot cleaned but there were pubic hairs in two of the fours bathrooms...and the home clearly hadn't been dusted in months. As for the property management...I got a call while waiting in the airport for our flight to FL stating the house wasn't paid for so we couldn't check in. I immediately called back since I had paid CheapTickets when I booked and the lady was very snippy telling me it was my concern. Thankfully it was handled by the time we landed in FL but talk about stress until I was reassured we had a place to stay.

I am sorry to hear that you had cleanliness issues and our front desk, there was a communication issue with our front desk that has been addressed, as well as the cleanliness issue. We are truly sorry for this and will make sure that this does not occur again.

"Bait and Switch!"-NOT as advertised. Attempts to communicate concerns w/management are met with response "Call Expedia" or "This is the owner's choice" or "We can't fix that." I stayed in a condo that had 3 bedrooms. The condo issues: 1). Fan does not work. Man shows up and says "The remote is lost." 2) Couches are collapsed and beds are sunken in- Manager says "This is the owner's choice." 3) The furniture/appliances are 16 years old. 4) The mattresses (and pillows/mattress in couch) are budget, 16 years old. NO box spring. We got HORRIBLE sleep because the mattresses are old, sunken and not supported. 5) The comforter is not washed. 6) The tile has not been scrubbed in years... throughout the apartment is old, grimy tile. 7) The house had insects EVERYWHERE - the fan had cobwebs (spiders), the entry way had a wasp nest with wasps and the lights were filthy and infested with termites/ants? 8) The glasses were mismatched & the rims were chipped., you can cut your lip on them because they don't even check the glasses. 9) There were roofing nails in the dryer which tore up our clothes. 10) The rugs were stained and FILTHY. I wish I could write more....

I am sorry that you feel so terribly about the conditions of the townhome. We take our reviews very seriously and have checked into every issue that you have described while you were in the home and did correct the issues and did find that the other issues you reported were not valid.

Great resort
The 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, cups, utensils and nice pots and pans. Also had a high chair and pack n' play available. Weather conditions did not cooperate for using the water / pool area. Playground area we were interested in going to did not have any place to park and it was too far from condo to walk with three young children. Resort was very accommodating with guests we had come visit us one day during our stay. We would definitely consider staying at this resort again.

The air conditioner didn’t work took a few days for someone to get there.... ice machine didn’t work .. TVs up stairs didn’t work and dryer wasn’t working properly... plus I don’t carry a major credit card so they required $1000. Deposit which I wasn’t prepared to do most places just put my debit card on file.

Dear guest, we are very sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience at our home, however sometimes there are things out of our control, I did look at your reservation and did see that the Ac was working properly and we did fix all the other issues within a few hours of your report. Again I know for some guests having a credit card is an issue but it is the only way we can protect our homes from malicious guests or frauds. I apologize and please let us know if we can do anything else for you.

Ideal para familias, seguro y central
Excelente lugar, comodo, amplio, central y gran area de piscina y descanso. 15 a 20min de los parques y a 5min de un walmart. Cuidado con el checkin, las instrucciones son poco claras. Hay un oficina que atiende solo hasta 5pm. Recomiendo contactar a la agencia dias antes para instrucciones. Ellos te dan un codigo de acceso a la propiedad.

Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. 3 habitaciones excelentes. Hasta vista a un lago tenis! Cómo digo siempre, los lugares se califican no con puntajes sino con simplemente si volverías o no. Y en este caso es un si rotundo. Además tuvimos un problema con el código para entrar en el departamento y ellos tienen (global) un 0800 de emergencias (era muy tarde) y nos atendieron enseguida y solucionaron el problema.

Would not stay again
A/C programmable -should I say more-horrible-hot, called maint. twice-clueless on how to set and keep A/C cool Apt. nice looking, not good if you have a kid, not a kid place, afraid many breakables in apt. 4th floor-thankful elevator You drive to the place/apt., then they tell you to drive to another place, get the code, drive back to apt., real hassle, should be able to drive up and go into apt. Would not stay again

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the issues that you have experienced with the AC system. We have since replaced this unit's AC as well as made some updates. We do offer an express check-in option for you to complete your check-in in advance online so your family can go directly to the property and skip the office visit altogether. En underbar upplevelse! Fick en otroligt fint lägenhet. Barnsovrummet var målat som om man bodde i havet med hitta Nemo. Uppskattades av vår dotter. Jätte bra poolområde med uppvärmd pool och Jacuzzi. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare + diskmaskin var ett extra plus. Nära till Disney World och alla attraktioner. Även supermarket låg inom bra avstånd. Dock behövs bil för att ta sig runt. Så detta område med lägenheter och hus får topp betyg av oss!

No service from the Management Company!
I would hesitate to recommend this Management Company to anyone at this point. The prices were right on the rental homes, but the management company was horrible! Like most families we went to Orlando to go to Disney and Universal. Since the management company only has check in hours from 9-5- this makes it difficult to check in and get to the parks! They offer an after hours check in but fail to tell you- that you have to come back in person when they are open to finalize paperwork. I called several times and told them in person when I went in to check in of issues we were having with the home itself and never got a return phone call- we were missing a comforter in one of the bedrooms and the house started leaking in several places during a day of storms- we had cups and towels and pots catching drops in various places. Being a travel agent, this does not bode well for any future bookings from me with them!

Since your stay, we have extended our office hours to 9 AM - 7 PM and also offer an express check-in option that allows you to complete registration in advance so you and your family can skip the office visit altogether. We do also have an afterhours emergency line in case of any questions or concerns after office hours. Our company policy to ensure that each guest issue that is reported is rectified within 24 hours. I apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced and have made a lot of updates to our procedures that I feel would exceed your expectations after the last few years.
