The Mandalorian, Close to Disney with Private Pool

Our vacation home features a private pool, but you can also relax on one of the many sun loungers in the Florida sun by the large pool at the clubhouse.
The clubhouse and pool overlook a large pond for the perfect setting to relax and unwind. It’s an excellent resort for families: a playground, a shallow entry pool for younger children, walking trails, a kid's dry play area with slides, and basketball and volleyball courts. At the clubhouse, you will also find a gym, table tennis, and foosball.

The house has everything you will need while on vacation: a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining area with entertainment amenities, spacious bedrooms with flat TVs, and your own private pool.

At this house you will be pampered with:

• Full kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dining utensils for 8.
• Drip coffee machine
• Cable flat-screen LED Smart TVs in every bedroom and living room.
• Full-size wash and dryer. Iron and ironing board.
• Linens, bath and pool towels are provided, one set per guest.
• And if you like grilling, you can ask for a 3 or 4-burner outdoor grill! The outdoor grills are not on-site and will be available upon request. The grill can be delivered on the day of your arrival and will be picked up after your departure; it is delivered completely sanitized and with an entire can of propane (charcoal is not allowed, per resort regulations). The cost for up to one week is $80+tax for the 3 burners, and $95+tax for the 4 burners, while each extra day after costs $11.42+Tax and $13.57, respectively.

If you have a baby or a toddler, there is also a pack-n-play and high chair available (due to allergy concerns, linens for the pack-n-play are not provided).

You will always have complimentary WiFi, in our place, connecting to our private network.

Access to resort facilities such as pools, gym, playground, etc, are also included in the fee - no additional charges.


ACCOMMODATIONS

Your party of 8 will be very comfortable in this vacation home:

The main floor offers a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a Smart TV in the living room, where your whole party can enjoy family time. Also, on this level, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower. The second level has the master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as a full bathroom in the hallway and a work desk and chair.

Full size washer and dryer are available.

To better enjoy your time here, it is advised to have your own or rental car. You can also Uber or call a taxi.

Our vacation home is self-catered during your stay.
At your arrival, you will find everything ready for you: clean linens and towels for up to 8 guests, shampoo, body wash, and toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, and cleaning supplies enough for your first days. In case you run out of toilet paper rolls or garbage bags, you can get them at the clubhouse' convenience store or drive to the numerous supermarkets in the area.


Pool heating is $30+tax per day, for your entire stay, and it needs to be confirmed about a week in advance, via the link we shared with you via messaging.
We set the pool temperature to 87F (as setting it higher renders the chemicals in it ineffective), but depending on weather conditions, actual water temperature will hover between 85 and 95F during warm months, while during colder ones, water temperature will be 20 to 25F higher than the ambient temperature.

Important information about the pool:
Your private pool is serviced weekly, usually on Wednesday or Thursday, and the pool technician accesses the back patio through the outer screened door of the lanai (please don't lock it).
When you check-in, the pool will be in working order, including the water level, optional pool heater turned on, etc. Should the water level drop due to normal use and/or evaporation during your stay, please refill it up to the middle part of the skimmer using the provided hose. If you request the pool to be serviced and we find the malfunction is due to low water level, clogged system due to using oils, bubbles, or any other foreign substance, etc., we will charge you a minimum of $75 for the trip plus the work needed to put the pool back in working order.
