PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

*fee $35.00/day min. 3 days (for 2 days stay is $75.00) + tax.

BBQ Fee $80.00 - include 1(one) full propane tank or 1 refill.

Come stay in our comfortable townhome that features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms open kitchen concept and a private heated* pool.

Our home is very well located in Paradise Palms Resort with short walking distance to the clubhouse, where you will find amenities include tennis, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe, shuffleboard, theater, game room, heated community pool with slide and hot tub, fitness center, and sundry shop. Restaurant also- may be limited openings and much more.

Ground Floor

The living room is open and spacious with a 6 seats sofa to relax and enjoy the 43 inch. This area opens to private pool area with 4 seats table. There are also a half bathroom on first floor.

Dining table seats 8. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully stocked and slate kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.
