The main living room area at the back of the home has a TV - the perfect setting for a family night "at home" when you need a break from all the area amusements! There is a landing upstairs, with seating for those that want a quiet area away from the main hub of the home.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast nook complete with a full-size dishwasher, large fridge and full-size oven with microwave. A laundry room completes the house facilities and of course, the home is fully air-conditioned.

Outside, you will find your own private pool complete with a furnished deck. This is the place you are sure to want to spend most of your time, as the house has bushes providing extra privacy at the back and sides of the property. Imagine cooling down in your own pool after topping up your tan or eating an evening meal while enjoying a stunning sunset. Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
