Jamais je me plains mais là ,une horreur !
Je suis client gold et je ne me suis jamais plains en 10 ans de réservations mais là il le faut : Si vous voulez une attente interminable à l’enregistrement : allez y ! Si vous voulez chercher votre logement dans ce labyrinthe : allez y ! Si vous voulez un logement de 4 étages sans ascenseur : allez y ! Si vous voulez des cartes d’entrée qui ne fonctionnent pas : allez y et vous verrez le temps d’attente entre le retour à l’accueil et l’intervention de l’équipe de sécurité pour vous ouvrir et vous redonner une carte ! Si vous voulez un lit pas fait avec des draps livré devant votre porte dans un plastique pour vous le faire vous même :allez y ! Si vous ne voulez pas de coussins : allez y ! Si vous voulez vous geler sans pouvoir éteindre la climatisation : allez y ! Si vous voulez une baignoire-jacuzzi avec objets flottant non indentifié: allez y ! Si vous ne voulez pas de serviettes de bain tous les jours pour prendre la douche : allez y ! Un accueil qui ne répond pas au tél : allez y ! Une conciergerie très désagréable et qui ne supporte pas que vous vous plaignez après 4 aller-retour : allez y ! Le tout pour 200 dollars la nuit : allez y ! 3 nuits qui ont presque gâché nos vacances sans la présence d’universal studio .Par respect pour la clientèle Française ,Québécoise ,belge et suisse,il serait bien d’embaucher une personne parlant français ou qui ne fait pas la gueule quand on lui demande la traduction écrite sur internet .J’en ai encore mal au ventre!

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec nos jumelles de 20 mois. L’hôtel a accédé à nos attentes notamment en nous prêtant 2 vrais lits bébés, très appréciable. Les commodités de l’hôtel et notamment les piscines sont d’excellente qualité. Je recommande énormément cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons très probablement !

We were very apprehensive about this property due to the reviews and some of the photos. We were very surprised that everything was great. We were greeted at the welcome center by Wanda she was so friendly we even shared stories about family. After getting our bags from the front we told Jasmine it was our anniversary and about 1 hour later she brought us a very nice gift(we left it :() to our villa,that was such a kind touch. Great stay!!!

I have stayed at this property many times however, this time I didn't enjoy the customer service. They had to move me 2 days into my stay to another room due to a leak. The next room I went into the ac made a loud noise and hot air was coming out. I went and said something and they moved me again. No help, so I am moving all the stuff twice. Didn't offer an upgrade for the inconvenience nothing. I wasn't happy!

staff and property were all uniformly friendly and courteous with the exception of the young woman tending bar at Zimmies early Monday afternoon who was otherworldly obnoxious. This one girl brought my thoughts on the resort down a level and could possibly make me consider alternatives.Monday May 20 to avoid confusion.

If you are going to the Disney parks and need a great place to stay with a large room with lots of amenities, the Sheraton Vistana is the perfect choice! It takes 5 minutes or less to the fun, and you are surrounded by lots of food and shopping options. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the cascade building, the elevator was disgustingly hot and smelled bad. The floor was taped down and we just did not feel safe. We cooked food, went to the pool came back and we could tell that someone had eaten some of our food. Also there was no iron in the room, I had to call several times to request one.

This has been our go-to resort for over 10 years. The location to the parks is perfect. We love staying by the pool with the waterfall. Great on the back after a day in the parks. Clean. Roomy. We didn’t ask for it, but they we kind enough to do a quick tidying of the room. Having the security checkpoints is comforting. Great location to a Winn Dixie, and a great mix of restaurants in the area. Again, this has been our go-to place every year for over 10 years. 😎👍🇺🇸

Great resort for families. alot of pools to choose and not too crowded since there are options. Plenty of Lounge chairs by pools are available. Since the resort is so large not all areas are walkable. we were in the Lakes and had to drive to kids area in the Falls. the two bedroom villas were very spacious for family.

Could use an update on the outside but actual rooms are clean, updated and spacious. Our group had a 2 bedroom villa on the first floor. Overall the best part of this property was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating from the moment we arrived. Justin at the parking gate was so friendly and always made sure to acknowledge our group consistently throughout our stay. Concierge and Front Desk staff was also very friendly and made sure to keep us informed!
