Cottage malpropre. Annonce pour 6 personnes mais 4 chaises, 4 assiettes. Communication inutile avec la réception et le superviseur. Piscine et spa inutilisable. Expédia n’a pas été d’une grande aide non plus pour régler les problèmes. Vraiment déçue

Great property. Close to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which was amazing. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed in one of the two bedroom villas. It actually had a third room with a bed as well (just no door) which was a nice surprise! The villa was incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful! It does have most of what you need but found a couple things could have been added such as a broom to sweep up after dinner etc. (we did call and ask for one, and they did deliver us a broom) and there were no dish cloths. Other than that, it had everything you need to cook etc. The property is huge, we did not realize how far we would be from the resort area which was okay! There are smaller pools around the villa properties which we used often! The area was so quiet and located in a great spot near shopping such as Target and not a car drive from the Disney Parks! We loved our stay and would come back! (Family of 4 Grandma!)

The property was like paradise but the cottage I stayed in had a few problems; blinds were broken at the dining area, light bulb in lamp broken, roll away was not at the cottage when we checked in so my granddaughter had to sleep on the floor… the second day I reported it and everything but the blinds were taken care off. The pool area was perfect, the service was extraordinary. The property is very clean and the bathrooms are well taken care off.

The property was very nice but we had no idea what layout we would be getting until we arrived which made it hard to plan. The villa did not come with the frozen drink machine it was supposed to have and had no extra blankets or pillows

I like how I was greeted by the service desk. I like that the cottage was spacious and quiet. I didn't like the fact that the cottage wasn't Sanitized. Which means it wasn't disinfected. The countertops were dusty and sticky. The shower had dried shampoo on glass doors. There were gnats everywhere flying around. Spillage on walls of foyer entrance of cottage. Sliding doors were unlocked when I first arrived. The towels were dingy and dishes had old food stuck on them. I was very displeased. I had to clean and Sanitized the cottage before I could began my stay and vacation at Margaritaville resort.

Absolutely not worth the cost! I had made a change to my reservation a week ahead of time which was a beating and when I got to the property it of course had not been changed so I had to wait 30 minutes and had to prove the change through a voicemail I had received from the property. the cottage was a solid 20 minute walk from the main resort. They do have a shuttle, but you can’t schedule the shuttle &I called to see how long I needed to give an advance before I called the shuttle and they said around 10 minutes and so I did that because we had a certain time we had to be someplace and She said it would be about 25 minutes. Frustrated I said seriously I was told 10 minutes lead time. Her response “ I can’t control that it gets busy you should have called sooner.” So when we needed to check out and into another room at the main resort I called 25 minutes ahead and she said it would be 10 minutes, I said well we won’t be ready in 10 minute, it was constant back and forth & zero help for that or check in, no I’m sorry what can we do. And EVERYONE on the shuttles complained about room issues. I will say the actual shuttle drivers and valet were extremely nice. Also WiFi in the room only worked on and on. Then I had an Amazon package delivered & put the resort but the cottage address in the details & they charge a fee to receive the package! Gratuity is automatically included at every place. Check out day room cleaning came 3x’s before 10:30 to see when we were leaving.

I am sorry that we could not anticipate how busy it would get for the cottages however we have no control over when the guests will call for a pick up. Most hotels charge for package handling. I am sorry that the package fee upset you. thanks again.

Absolutely would recommend a stay at Margaritaville Cottages. Everyone went out of their way to see that we were comfortable. Our specific cottage had 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus a full size kitchen complete with refrigerator/freezer, stove and dishwasher. This unit also had a full size washer/dryer. Perfect for use after a long hot day at the parks. Located not far from Magic Kingdom in Kissimmee. Felt like we were in a tropical paradise from check in and throughout. Rum punch at check in was just what we needed after we had an early flight ✈️. Kudos to Jimmy Buffett and his foresight!

Our family stayed at one of the On the Rocks properties from 4/16 - 4/19 (K.Anderson) and the property was amazing. It was very clean, accessible, and fit perfect for my family of 5. The complex is pretty big but there’s are a good deal of amenities to keep busy. It was under 35 minutes from popular attractions and We’d definitely recommend this resort.

This is about my 8-9th stay at margaritaville with Rentyl. I first started when the location opened. Each year the customer service dwindles- but there are also pros! I would like to mention that they now have limited access to umbrellas as you try to relax at parrot bay. They have about 10 umbrellas for two pools, the rest are for pay. Umbrellas should be included, especially with infants. I asked for an umbrella and no one at the pool could assist. The other disappointment came when I used my points and perks to book this location and I received no VIP perks. I purchased an elite stay at the cottage with vip perks. They have 3 levels of cottages, and upon adoring the representatives they cannot tell you what comes with an elite stay. They advertise a pool and spa, but they do not provide one when you purchase the highest level of cottage accommodations. Seems like false advertisement. Broken blinds, broken trash can and not late check out. I would say all of this to a manager, but they never called me back.

Really nice resort. Would stay here again. The only thing was that there were no Expedia platinum benefits or VIP benefits.

We really enjoyed are stay however only one bar/restaurant was opened most of are stay by the pool. The pool area was very crowded which was fine but having one bar/restaurant opened we had to wait over an hour for a drink, many other guests were complaining about this. I don’t think you should advertise 2 bar/ restaurant opened when you only open 1 Sunday to Thursday

I was not really happy with this resort. They say the shuttle is something that was available. But it was really long wait. I spent a lot of my vacation waiting. I was supposed to get a one bedroom. They upgraded to a three bedroom all the way in the back of the resort. I really wanted the one bedroom up front I was told they had no more left. The three bedroom was way too much for the three of us. If you go to the main pool all the chairs up front was all gone from people coming in and putting all there stuff on the chairs and not coming back for hours. And this resort allows that to happen. We did have a really nice server Danny by the pool he was really helpful. The room was just ok.was really looking forward to this vacation at Margaritaville resort and it was not what I expected.

Great property, only downside was the shuttle transportation was too slow and had to call guest services multiple times before they answered. House was spotless with ample room for the family. Area was quiet for nightly walks and very beautiful. If visiting H2O, call ahead. Concierge gave us the run around which was very unpleasant.

Cottage was dirty. Rugs looked filthy. Walls were all marked up. Poor poor condition.
