Notre maison immaculée exécutif dispose de 5 chambres et 4 salles de bains. L'espace privé piscine / spa est orientée au sud-ouest de tirer le meilleur du soleil. Il dispose également d'une véranda ombragée / couverte.
Deux des chambres de maître ont des lits King size avec l'autre étant une reine. Le maître principal a une porte menant à la piscine. Toutes les chambres de maître ont leur propre salle de bains. Les deux autres chambres sont équipées avec 2 lits jumeaux dans chaque et partagent une salle de bain.
Notre maison a été récemment peint l'intérieur et l'extérieur avec de nouveaux carreaux dans les zones et les tapis vivant dans les chambres. Il dispose également d'un mobilier flambant neuf, y compris des canapés en cuir et une chaise dans la zone de la famille. Il ya une laveuse / sécheuse pour votre usage. Nous avons un barbecue parc de style pour votre usage ainsi.
Nous vous proposons le Wifi gratuit et appelant à n'importe où aux États-Unis ou au Canada. Nous avons une salle de jeux avec une table de billard et Air Hockey Table en elle.
Vous pouvez choisir vos propres oranges de partout dans la subdivision de faire jus d'orange frais chaque matin!
Nous sommes situés à Orange Subdivision Arbre qui est un quartier calme bien entretenu. Il est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture au parking de Disney World. Nous sommes à 35 minutes de Universal Studios et à 45 minutes de terres Lego. Si vous êtes un client, nous sommes à 30 minutes de magasins d'usine d'Orlando.
Il ya tellement de nombreux restaurants et lieux de shopping dans un court trajet en voiture à partir de notre villa.

Ceci est certainement la villa qui feront de vos vacances un moment inoubliable!

We had a great stay. The Property is well located, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Host was excellent in communication and answered all questions prior to booking right away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful a great place to take a walk every morning. The pool, and spa are fantastic!! If you are looking for a quiet nice neighborhood with a great pool and spa with grocery stores and restaurants nearby this is a great place to stay! Fantastic Host. Would definitely stay at this location again!

Words and pictures can not describe how amazing this property was for my family and I. My sister and each of our kids went for spring break in which there was so much space, great amenities, pool, our own cooking/food, an amazing and safe neighborhood along with a fairly easy drive into all things Disney related. This was my first VRBO experience of which Erica and this property have a very happy repeat customer. They were incredibly prompt, courteous and professional!

My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa and enjoyed every moment. We very much enjoyed the wonderful south facing pool and spa for nice restful evenings with a Frozen Piña Colada or Mojito :o). Very well appointed villa, stacked full of useful amenities (we used the citrus juicer having visited the local citrus farm to pick Valencia oranges, the ice crusher to make the aforementioned Piña coladas and Mojitos), and well maintained. Communication was a breeze with the owners and the management agents and everything was well looked after. Thank you again for a wonderful stay :o)

This is a great house with a pool, hot tub and converted garage to game room. Great location for people with small kids. The area surrounding the pool is VERY safe and secure. There are additional safeguards that we really appreciated. It took us about 50 minutes to get to Universal. Publix is a 5 minute drive at most. Lots of quick Door Dash options. 50 minutes from the airport.

I had some business in the Orlando area so my Wife, and our Daughter came along for a well needed vacation to grab some time in the warmer weather. our daughter turned 15 on our first full day there. it was a nice gift for her to get away. the house was wonderful as was the pool and hot tub. the nieghborhood is quiet and friendly made for relaxing evenings. The communication was great with Erica and she was a pleasure to deal with. Sad to say we had to cut our trip short a couple of days for an emergency back home. We wanted to give Erica a heads up with no expectations, But she took care of us. (thanks so much) we have already been talking about booking for next year!! what a great place for family looking for some quiet time. Thanks Again Joe, Heidi, and Sydney

This was a great place for our family while we went to Disney World. The house is very large allowing for each family member to have their space and privacy. We enjoyed the pool after long days at Disney. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. The communication and check-in process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this home!

Just beautiful! The house is just as pictured or even better. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and it’s close to anything you may want. We had an incredible stay and made use of the pool every single day. The owner, Erica was an absolutely wonderful host and very responsive. We had a delightful vacation and HIGHLY recommend this place - in fact, we can’t wait to come back.

Prompt response from owner of questions before committing , property manager helpful in one conversation also . Location fine for our plans , community relatively quiet and welcoming for walks . House itself was clean and comfortable . We had all the utensels needed to accomodate . If anything that I may suggest would be to pressure wash the flooring in the pool area and patio , It would sparkle after . Overall a fine stay and yes ,we would return

Very nice house, clean and neat. Has every thing needed for a great stay. Every one loved the pool and outdoor areas very secluded with orange groves behind us. We loved all the little extras. Very clean and sanitary. Beautiful neighborhood and nice neighbors felt very safe. Would highly recommend this home and would love to come back.

Great neighborhood with nice tennis courts practically in the backyard! Quiet subdivision and feels safe to take walks around the neighborhood (I love the early morning strolls especially!). 6 foot deep and south facing pool (which is hard to find). My parents used to own this place so we were so excited to find that it was still available to rent! We had trouble getting the remotes/TV working and there were a lack of towels, but the manager brought more towels and provided everything we needed. Great service and very accommodating! A little expensive but worth it. We had a wonderful time being back at our old place :)

My family enjoyed your beautiful home for our Christmas holiday! Eight of us in total with ages ranging from 5-70 and we all enjoyed ourselves! It was so very peaceful and everyone was pleased! The beds/furniture were comfortable, the heated pool and hot tub were the best (as everyone enjoyed them!), and we loved that we were able to utilize the park style bbq grill in the backyard, which we grilled out on Christmas Eve! Oh and not to mention the game room (I also played the piano some and taught my 7 year old nephew a simple song!) It was awesome! Thank you all so very much for sharing your home with us for 7 lovely days and we will definitely be visiting again! -Ebony & family

This villa was absolutely perfect for our stay in Orlando. Although it was just the my fiancé and I staying, it has plenty of facilities inside for a big family or families staying. The beds were perfect and the stunning pool was fantastic to relax by when not shopping or out at Disney. I can tell you Disney really is just a stone's throw away. Roughly 15-20 minutes down the road, the mall was 40 minutes away and the local publix supermarket is only 2 minutes away. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful plus you can get some great walks around it too which my fiancé and I took full advantage of. On an additional note Erica thank you for converting the garage too. We made great use of the pool table. Also believe it or not I am a singer song-writer too and came up with 3 brand new songs on the piano whilst I was playing it. Erica & Rob you did a fantastic job it's just what Nicki & I needed to have time away from here in Australia. We were able to fully relax and forget about the last few months of family loss. To both of you thank you once again and I'm certain we will be in contact in the not so distant future when we decide to come back for another break away.

Our family of seven loved staying here! The kids enjoyed the pool and having so much space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the kids loved the air hockey table. The hot tub was not functioning properly but Erica was very easy to communicate with and stayed on top of things. We hope to stay again in future years, as we go to Florida often!
