Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, themed bedrooms, outdoor pool, spa, and grill.

Other Things to Note:
Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house, there will be a $400 charge to purify the air in case of smoking

Be gentle with the linens, we only use premium products, damaged items will be deducted from the deposit.

We don't recommend nor endorse the use of the grill, therefore use it at your own risk and discretion. There is no fee for using the grill with you leave it clean as you found it or an $50 fee will be charged, but guests are responsible for their own propane, you can do a refill exchange at the 7 Eleven nearby.

Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $40 per day. If you choose to heat only the SPA, the cost is $25 per day. Please note that all heating and spa requests must be made prior to check-in and will be applied for the duration of your stay.
