The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated.
The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th floor, and itâs really not pleasant when youâre trying to fall asleep.
I would be happy to come back, hopefully with a quieter atmosphere next time!
