Hotel is located in a convenient location close to several food restaurants within walking distance. Main attractions (universal studios, Disney, sea world and Lego land) are close enough to take a ride-share Breakfast buffet is filling and does not run of food. The hours are 630-930. Parking requires a daily surcharge. Hotel room furniture does need to be updated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will be returning if visiting Orlando again!

I’ve stayed at other Embassy hotels. The pictures online make the room suite seem bigger than what it really is. (The other Embassy rooms were spacier). The double beds are like small full beds. The bathroom is very small. Our bathroom smelled like wet rag. The tub faucet was loose and the water didn’t flow well. Overall it was ok. Very average and not what I expect from Embassy.

Does not clean well. My sheets were not clean and my kids didn’t have cover for the beds. They stated they had run out because there were a lot of kids there. They provided me with 4 sheets and then later came to the room stating they found a blanket. That blanket was dirty and filled with hair. If you can do not stay here. Only thing good about the hotel is they have breakfast included. They also only provide you with 2 complimentary drinks per room. Unlike the other Embassy Suites it’s unlimited up until the cut off time.

The room was spacious and very clean. The room was cleaned daily. The facility was well-maintained and beautiful. The staff at this hotel was helpful, friendly, and courteous. The hotel offered free breakfast that included a hot breakfast bar.

Nice hotel and offerings ie daily happy hour and full breakfast plus nice pool area. Look up codes to retrieve link to info and guest information didn’t seem to completely provide details. Also it would nice if check in staff could mention the onsite food options in the market and their hours. We would have taken advantage of this service but left the property for meals. Traffic in the area is horrible due to construction.

With the free drink coupons you receive upon check-in and the great free breakfast this room was a good value. The location to restaurants and fun was excellent..walkable. The only bummer was the young lady who checked us in was so unprofessional and so unwelcoming it hurt my brain. When I had to come back into the hotel to get parking information (as it wasn't given upon check in) it almost threw her over the edge. Ridiculous, if you hate your job that much, you should quit.
