PARKING RULES

MAXIMUM 2 CARS parking is allowed per house. Remember if you do not follow HOA parking rules you may have your car towed in and it’s 100% outside our control.
WE do not call to town in company, the HOA does it.

TO HEAT the pool and/or jacuzzi(when available) $35.00 per day minimum 3 days. Exception only for 2 nights stay: $75.00. 13.5% tax will be applied.

BBQ $80.00 per stay - Includes:
One propane refill as needed ( you may refill by self and get reimbursed or we delivery a full propane tank in up 2 hours).
The grill cleaning after your check out.

Our home is very well located in Bella Vida Resort , where you will find community heated pool, gym, volley court, basketball and kids playground.

The living room is open and spacious with a 6 seats sofa and enjoy the 65 inch TV. This area opens to the fully screened lanai and pool area with BBQ. Queen sized bedroom with TV. There are also a full bathroom on ground floor.

Dining table seats 6. If you feel like cooking the beautiful and fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.
