Great stay!
The house was great. We would definitely stay here again. The minor issues we had we reached out to Management and they were fixed. We only wish the spa and pool temperature was hotter. The house was clean smelled fresh the only issues we had was the spiderwebs in the ceilings. It wasn’t worth calling Management for, however the cleaning staff should pay more attention to those details. We also wish the screens around the pool we’re fixed because the frogs and lizards continued to come in. We know this is part of nature however if the screen was fixed they wouldn’t have came in as much but again we felt as though this wasn’t something to reach out to Management about. We would definitely stay at this house again and we had an a great time!

Family vacation
This was a family vacation to orlando theme parks. We enjoyed staying at this house but a few things could had been better for example we were really looking forward to the house pool but it was dirty. Also the room with the bunk bed was uncomfortable to sleep in because it didn’t have a mattress.

Beautiful place me and my family enjoyed ourselves. We couldn’t find the trash cans so we put everything in trash bags and piled them up! My kids loved the pool I wish we could’ve made it to the clubhouse but overall very lovely!

Very disappointed
For me to pay almost $800 I was very disappointed. I arrived Friday May 22 and left May 25, the first day I arrived the house seemed very beautiful but as the stay went on I got more disappointed. Saturday the next morning I woke up everything in the refrigerator was bad b due to the refrigerator not working so I tried to call the number given to me so it could get fixed, also to tell them some of the other problems we were having, as well as letting them know so I don’t get charged,WHICH I DID ANYWAY.While being on the phone with them I got hung up on 3 times and then when I finally got ahold of someone the power I’m the house goes out. I let them also know that issue, I was told help would come. That day no one showed up but Sunday someone did. He told us the refrigerator was broken and I also asked him to turned off the heat in the pool because it’s very uncomfortable we can’t swim in it, come to find out the pool was set at 100 degrees that’s why we couldn’t enjoy the pool. So I got the house until Monday and we couldn’t enjoy he pool until Sunday night.

Casa mal cuidada
A casa deixou muito a desejar. A limpeza é péssima! Ao utilizarmos a cozinha, identificamos que as louças estavam sujas dentro do armário e as poucas panelas que tem na casa panelas são um nojo. A sala de jantar foi necessário apertarmos os parafusos da mesa de jantar para ela não cair, estava bamba. Na sala de estar/tv a sujeira impera, tivemos a necessidade de afastarmos o sofá para pegar um pen drive que havia caído e nos deparamos com um monte de sujeira, resto de comida, papel e poeira. A Casa possui 4 quartos, porém o quarto com a cama de casal no piso superior estava impossível de dormir devido ao cheiro de mofo. A roupa de cama da suíte master estava mal lavada, chegamos na casa e parecia que alguém havia acabado do dormir na cama, estava tudo amaçado. O ralo do box da suite master estava entupido. Deixaram um pano sujo e molhado dentro de uma banheira na área de serviço. O mobiliário da área da piscina precisa ser trocado, meu marido ao sentar em uma cadeira quase se machucou, pois ela estava totalmente podre.

Acabo de checar a sua reserva, nao tem nenhum registro de ligacao, tambem por busca pelo seu email, nenhum email enviado referente ao assunto. Nos temos um otimo time de manuntencao e limpeza prontos para atender as requisicoes dos nossos guests quando qualquer problema e reportado. De qualquer forma mais uma vez pedimos sinceras desculpas pelo ocorrido, lhe agradecemos imensamente pelo feedback ele sera encaminhado para gerencia e os problemas encontrados serao com certeza solucionados para os proximos guests e claro se a senhora nos der uma segunda oportunidade sera um prazer receber a senhora e sua familia novamente. Horrible Horrible Horrible! The resort itself looks nice on paper, but wow we’re we disappointed! Garbage around the front entrance! Gnats/bugs swarming around the front door! Water on the kitchen floor due to a leak from the ceiling caused by water leaking from the A/C vents on the second floor! A/C went out on 1st night! Upstairs carpet drenched with water from A/C vent! Dirty pool! Nail holes in the wall! 1 stopped up toilet! Now the pool was cleaned on day 2! Someone also went in and turn the A/C unit completely off to let it “defrost” while we were out! They didn’t turn it back on so it was extremely hot when we got back to the rental! Imagine that after a long hot day at Disney! I had to complain several times about the soaked area of carpet on the second floor! Someone came in on day number 4 while we were out and plugged up a dehumidifier and a couple of fans! Problem is when returned later that night everything was still hooked up, and running! Loud, large items in the middle of the hallway that I had to disconnect, and move out of the way! On day five we heard “from our bed” the worker/workers “without notice” gathering their equipment from the hallway! They happily let themselves in, and out without notice! That was our first and last time staying there!

Everything was nice. We had some problems with the plumbing but we resolved these issues ourselves. Maintenance came into fix an issue which we never called about the day before we were leaving.

The property is beautiful. Parking is not a problem. Security 24/7, but the property had damages that I had to go constantly take pictures of to send to ACO through email. The air conditioners was set at 73 degrees & it couldn’t be lowered. I would spend the day out & when we would get back, we wanted to have a good nights rest. Instead we had to get up to shower so that we could cook off because it was too hot. The rug upstairs was soaked when we arrived & it never dried. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling & the toilet in the main bathroom wasn’t working right. If the toilet paper finishes will you are there, you must go purchase some because there is only the one roll in the bathrooms. I was looking for a getaway to be free of stress, but instead I was stressing about all the things that weren’t working or already broken when I got there. ACO really need to inspect the homes before renting it out. I felt very uncomfortable.

Muy buenas vacaciones recibí muy buenas atenciones por parte de hoteles.com cómo también de ACO. pero la casa tiene varios detalles que corregir. Cómo la llave del lavaplatos está dañada también una poceta está dañada el aire acondicionado no enfría bien la puerta de malla de el patio está rota la parrillera no enciende automáticamente hay que ponerle fuego y en varias oportunidades me queme un horno eléctrico de la cocina no funciona. Detalles vitales para la comodidad de lo que se paga

Terrible. Place was gross. When we showed up we noticed the entire house/carpet was covered in stains so we checked the bedding. Looked like bodily fluids stains in every comforter/ sheet. Some pubic hairs. Giant booger pasted on the wall. Two bedrooms the electricity kept turning off. Worst part was somebody came into the house while we were out. We weren’t notified or anything. We came home to find a ladder in the middle of the living room, just frightening to think IF we left our teenage daughter home alone while we went out to get food or something. There was no explanation/ reason given why somebody obviously came in the house when we were gone. Hotels.com should take this property off their site. Rental company was impossible to get in touch with (we tried to contact about the cleanliness and somebody coming into the house) no reply. They make you pay the “cleaning” fee, though they obviously don’t clean it before or after you check in.

Péssima opção!!!
Péssimas condições de limpeza..... casa escura, velha com roupas de cama sujas e rasgadas e meias sujas na área de serviço! Chegamos tinham lixos na porta sem recolher e espalhados pela entrada principal que assim ficaram por toda nossa estadia, já que lá eles recolhem lixos soltos! Decepção total!!!

This place was disgusting , human hair all over the place, on the bed ,pillows bathroom. We contacted them and after we explained the situation they sent a cleaning crew, however it took for ever for them to arrive. The most interesting part is that they charged us for a cleaning fee after we completed the reservation and we couldn't cancel it. After their apology they said that they were going to refund cleaning fee, but until this point which it has being longer than a month, they kept my money.

There are additional fees that come with this rental, which weren't specified on Expedia. This part really made me frustrated, because I had already paid and there was still a service/cleaning fee that was not disclosed to me until a MONTH after I had made reservations. By this time, even if I were to cancel the reservation, I would not get the full amount of refund back. Not only this, but they required me to send in pictures of my ID and credit card (front and back), which I found very shady. I did not like this at all, but they refused to send additional information regarding the check-in process if these documents were not sent in. And to top everything off, I was told that I would receive check-in details the day before checking in, but that did not happen. On the day that I was supposed to check-in, I sent an email to them stating that I had not received any information regarding check-in to the rental house, and since I had paid for that day I should be given the information, and the response I had gotten was that I needed to sent pictures of my credit card (which I had already sent and had been confirmed by the reservation person that everything was in). So I quickly took pictures of my card and sent it to them, and then I got the information I need. And, just an FYI, this all happened while I was boarding my plane to Orlando.

The room was not cleaned properly. They made me pay a fee of $195.00 for cleaning fee and taxes. Which i did agree on but, come to find out the room wasn’t cleaned properly to begin with. There were dirty underwear underneath bed. Also, on sheets in another. On top of that when i asked for my fee to refunded they stated no because the grill was dirty. Not to mention we “never” used a grill. That goes to show there was another thing that wasn’t clean. You’ve tried to find everything in their power to not refund me. But, it will not be the end of it. Just be cautious when booking with this company.

Took them a long time to process and respond to emails. Fee is rediculous. One of the beds was already broken. Communication was poor. A lot of extra charges that are absolutely rediculous. Overall would not recommend this to friends or family.

I did not spent much time in the room but I have been charged for many things. I was promised I was paid in full when I was clearly not. then I was charged an additional $22 outside of the $230 cleaning charge die to "stained" towels. we did nothing to cause towels to be stained nor did we spend hardly any time at the house at all. I will NEVER use this company again!!

not Worth staying at you pay more then they say.
They over charge you. If you want to have heater in the pool they charge, you want to use the bbq grill they charge, you pay a fee for a house cleaner but they expect you to throw out the trash and more so what does the cleaner do? They charge a fee of $180 not reasonable. The staff horrible. Stella, was just so rude and has no professional manners on how to handle any customer. She told me that even if a hurricane would come you can’t cancel because they will charge you the stay. Absolutely horrible service.. they didn’t give me the code to enter until 3 hours before arrival time and lied saying they sent it twice. Hidden fees watch out for them.

Never Again
We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Irma. Price was reasonable btwn 3 families. Booked late the night prior to check in. On our way, we still had yet to receive instructions to our room bc we still had not receive their "terms of use" contract together w/ their "discretionary", cleaning fee (ranging from $140-$170) without it, you cannot access the house. Finally charged $192 (w/tax) for a cleaning fee (they clean after you leave). Emailed and called to let them know we did not agree to their extraneous terms; they would not refund the amount paid to expedia, bc we only have a window to cancel 6-7 days prior (we booked the night before) with ACO. Delia and other staff were very curt and rude on the phone. We walked on "egg shells" during the entire stay. You couldn't lower the a/c pass their allowed 70-74 degrees; upstairs was hot at night. You can't move any furniture around (ex. they had pool chairs and tables inside garage, we had to bring them out to sit outside, then bring them back inside garage). If toilets clogged for any reason, they pass the cost to you. No "excessive" garbage or they charge you. If you use grill, you have to clean or charged (back wall of grill was blackened/smoked). They ask you leave used towels inside washer. Yet, downstairs a/c vent LEAKED, coffee pot was mildewed, microwave handle was broken, hoops on bball game inside garage were broken, pots and pans were filthy black; the list goes on. Our entire family will never book with ACO again.

I did not like the cervices and you pay for cleaning and you have to remove trash and place it in the cans and you have to wash dishes. The charges for cleaning and weavers are to mach.

A hospedagem foi ótima. A casa é maravilhosa como nas fotos, carpete novo, tudo limpo, bem decorado. Ponto negativo: Comunicação péssima com a ACO. Não mandaram o e-mail como combinado sobre o check-in, tivemos que perder uma manhã e ir ao escritório (difícil localização). O atendimento não foi excepcional, mas logo o problema foi resolvido, e recebemos a senha para entrar na casa. Voltaria a reservar e indico a amigos, mas pediria a Hoteis.com para tentar resolver essa questão da comunicação.
