Just as nice the 2nd time.
We liked it so much last year that we stayed there again this year. Cute, comfortable little house with a small fenced in back yard. Close to grocery and several restaurants. Easy to get to off the highway. Nice community to walk the dog. We plan on staying there again when we're in Orlando.

Perfect get away
The property was perfect. I absolutely love how pet-friendly the house was.Vicky was the best host and was so considerate.I read a lot of reviews about houses being unclean, but not this house.Vicky responded quickly and was very understanding that our dogs barked so much.I would definitely stay again.The neighbor was very safe and close to the parks.

Serenity in the city
I’ve had the opportunity to stay here a few times it’s always a pleasure. I love the eclectic design and the beautiful patio views of the lake. It’s conveniently located to the highways and I can get anywhere I need to go and it’s close to my family.

I understood early on, modern society hasn't come to terms with widowhood and we are expected to forget our love one within a year. Stay in touch. This is a wonderful property!! The home is super clean and comfortable!! We plan on staying here again. Vicky had everything set up for us. All we had to do was get groceries. The location is close to stores, restaurants, shopping, and your everyday needs. We took off and headed to Daytona, Cocoa beach, Cape Canaveral and didn't spend the day in the car. The location is awesome!! I highly recommend this home and all it has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay!! We really enjoyed this beautiful home. And we appreciate the love and care our host put in the home to make it a great experience. 5 stars and two thumbs up!!

We brought our 2 dachshunds on our Florida vacation. They both enjoyed the fenced in backyard. They weather was perfect and they watched the ducks in the pond. We love to play pickleball and found a neighborhood Court to play on and attended a tournament, as spectators, in Daytona Beach. Our air conditioner malfunctioned and it was promptly taken care of by the very nice owner!

Great neighborhood
House was in a great neighborhood for taking walks. Host Vicki was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. Small fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. The house was a bit dated but clean and we were grateful to find a place that accepted our dogs.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay....from the house, location, weather and host Vickie!!!!! She was so kind and enjoyable to talk to. Home was clean and owner was quick to respond to questions. The artwork made the home feel more like a museum. I personally wouldn't want to stay here with small children due to some of the artwork. Overall good experience, and I'd stay here again.

A Bizarre Experience. Save your money and go elsewhere!
I'm not sure why this property is listed as a "premier host," but this is NOT the case. The host didn't even give the check in instructions in a timely fashion. I had to reach out and ask for it on the day that we were arriving. She also NEVER responded to my questions about our dogs staying there. So we ended up boarding them to avoid any unforseen issues. Upon arrival, the first thing that we noticed is that the house was painted black in place of the white trim that's shown in the picture. It looks dark compared to every other house on the street. The house at first looks like a museum upon entry because there were so many different cultural items used for "decor" or display. There is a camera on the porch that's not mentioned on the site. The beds, couch, and dining areas were all uncomfortable. In fact, the bedrooms looked like those that I've seen in 3rd world countries, only they weren't so expensive per night over there, and I knew exactly what to expect. The worst part is the hallway wall and bathroom. The hallway is COVERED with creepy ceremonial masks that look like they were from different tribes or something. This wall is NOT pictured and definitely should be in case someone has children! There is also a wall statue in the restroom with a woman's visible breasts and areola! What family wants to see stuff like this on a VACATION??? We checked in at 4pm. Went to dinner, and checked out to go to a hotel at 9:30pm. In short, this property is misleading and should be removed from the VRBO site honestly. Not worth the money, and the other complaints on here are accurate as well. I thought that they were probably over the top but they are correct! You may also notice that the reviews are inconsistent. None for the month of March or July. I wonder why.........

I rented this place for my parents who visited Orlando for the very first time the host was not only great went above and beyond. She made my parents feel welcome at home, help them around and was over all wonderful.

Anniversary Stay
Went their first our 30th Anniversary. Cute house, location was great so was able to get to each destination in 15-20 minutes. House very clean and is fully furnished with just about everything you could need. Decorations inside were very interesting. Only negatives I have are the fenced in yard. We selected this because we brought our four small dogs with us and it had a small fenced in yard. Perfect we thought, sit outside and let them run around a bit. Unfortunately we could not do that because the yard is shared with I what I assume is the property owner who stays in part of the house? So half of the yard is not available and off limits. Saw some cats go in that direction so our dogs would want to follow into the off limits area of the yard. Instead of letting them out to quickly do their business. We would have to stand out there with leashes. Even though I never heard a peep if the owner was staying there. Two of my dogs were really interested in getting behind a bookcase which I assume is a doorway to the private area of the property. Overall happy with the property, just a little disclosure beforehand about the yard and someone living there would have been appreciated. And yes we would probably stay there again.

Only complaint would be that we didn’t have access at check in time and had to reach out for the information. However Vickie was incredibly responsive and introduced herself when we got there. Great 1st VRBO experience
Vickie was an excellent host, the house was unique and comfy for the 2 of us and our dog. It met all of our expectations, but we still wished the fenced in back yard was a little bigger for the pooch to roam. Other than that, this was a great experience for us as a first time VRBO guest. We look forward to many more VRBO vacations and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Close to the USTA National Campus
I was playing in a tournament at the USTA National Tennis Campus, and this home was very close by and also close to restaurants and grocery. The trip from the home to the Tennis Center was an easy 4 miles (about 10 minutes). Home was nice and clean, and just as expected. We would certainly return.

Accommodating with the extra car and communicative with messages. My family enjoy the location and the nice view from the patio. The only negative is that I had one member of my family have some pet dander allergy it got a little bad for them so I recommend that you be aware of this if you do stay here. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to jump on the beltway and head straight to Disney World. The view of the lake from the back patio was beautiful and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The fenced in back yard area provides a safe and secure place for your dog!

We really wanted to like this house because it was the location we wanted in Lake Nona. However right after we entered, we smelled urine. We soon realize there had been cats of the owners and lots of cat allergens in the home. Although we’re not particularly allergic to cats, we both started having allergic reactions. Also it turns out the owner lives with her cat in the third bedroom of the home and when our dog went into the fenced area there was a cat at the glass door looking out which infuriated our dog. . Not a relaxing place to keep our dog in the backyard. We ended up leaving after a couple of hours and stayed in a hotel. Also there is no comfortable chairs or couch to sit in the living room which makes it very difficult to relax there. Would not recommend at all.

Loved the house with the lake off the back patio.
Overall everything was great the only thing I would recommend is to add a sofa in the living room. Having only a couple arm chairs was similar to sitting in a waiting room very uncomfortable.

Stay in Lake Nona
We arrived between 8:30 - 9:00 pm we were tired and needed to relax. After entering the home we were surprised there were additional rules to follow. It was good to get away for the weekend but this place just didn't quite fit what we were looking for. We are very security conscious with the door knob on the back door about to fall off didn't make us sleep any easier. Pretty cluttered with extra's that didn't need to be there. My wife looked up this place on google.com it's listing is misrepresented advertising a 4 bedroom 2 bathrooom place. We won't stay here again because we would already know what we would be facing. Please thoroughly check up on this place before paying your money, disappointed overall.
