Please be aware there is $20.00 per home per night resort usage fee payable to Regal Palms at the front desk on arrival.

Covid-19 information:- All homes are cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival as per the Florida state and CDC recommended guidelines. All guest must continue to follow any CDC and local guidance while on vacation and continue to maintain social distance protocols.

Only a short distance away from all the major sights (Disney etc.) and when you are not sightseeing you can enjoy the pools, waterslide, lazy river, spa, restaurant and gym. Access is strictly controlled using an electronic key entry system, and all facilities are for the use of guests only. The resort is NOT open to the public.

Please be aware that our house is let on a self catering basis.

There is a starter pack including for your arrival
1 Toilet roll in each bathroom
1 dishwasher tablet
1 sachet of washing detergent
1 Trash bag in each trash can
Guest Soap in each bathroom
1 roll of Paper towels

But you may need a few domestic items while you are staying at our home, such as shampoo, extra hand soap, washing-up liquid, additional toilet roll, trash bags etc.
Towels (not pool towels) and sheets are all included with the rental.

Resort Fees of $20 per townhome per night stay will be collected at check in for access to Gated Community and Amenities! Front Desk is open 24 hrs. The gate is monitored by a Guard 24 hrs for access assistance. 4 BBQ areas complete with charcoal grill are strategically located around the community (1st come basis, no rental needed).
