Venetian Bay Village Resort, Kissimmee, Floride
Notre spacieuse maison de ville à deux étages est idéale pour que tout le monde puisse profiter de tout ce que Orlando peut offrir.

Maison de ville (Wi-Fi haut débit gratuit et sécurisé):

Le salon est carrelé de céramique, dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 42 "avec câble HD et d'un canapé en cuir. Il y a un patio à côté du salon, où vous pourrez déguster une boisson froide.

La salle à manger et la cuisine sont entièrement équipées d'appareils électroménagers, d'un lave-vaisselle, de la vaisselle et de tous les ustensiles de cuisine / repas.

Une laveuse / sécheuse est également disponible dans la maison de ville pour votre usage.

La chambre du rez-de-chaussée est de bonne taille et dispose d'une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche combo.

Le niveau supérieur comprend trois chambres; une chambre a une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche combo et il y a aussi une salle de bain principale complète et une vanité / lavabo à l'extérieur de la salle de bain principale.

Venetian Bay Villages est une communauté de villégiature haut de gamme, familiale, fermée (sécurité 24/7 sur place) et luxueuse - développée pour un style de vie de vacances.

Situé à 30 minutes de Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

Une heure et vous êtes sur la plage. Si vous n'êtes pas prêt à voyager, la piscine principale chauffée est à seulement 1 minute à pied de notre maison de ville avec un spa séparé et est à côté du club-house avec des jeux d'arcade et un centre de fitness.

Il y a 3 piscines supplémentaires, des aires de jeux pour enfants, des aires de barbecue, des courts de tennis, de basket-ball et de volley-ball.

Une escapade vraiment relaxante au cœur de la Floride. Pourquoi payer pour une petite chambre d'hôtel quand vous pouvez profiter de vos vacances dans une maison de ville confortable et spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements et une cuisine complète.

La communauté est située à quelques pâtés de maisons d'un Wal-Mart, Target et du centre commercial Loop.

Not completely satisfied

The stay was ok for 14 days. However, these are some of the issues. Improvements/recommendations: -dinning chairs need upholstering -tvs are not in all of the bedrooms -no house phone (we were out of the country guest no way to communicate locally) -mattresses and linens (need updating) -overall decor need updating Somewhat disappointed with the living area but we made the best of the situation.

Great Stay for our Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this home. The home was just as described and we had no issues at all. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space for our family of 7. After reading reviews I was worried about the security but we did not have any issues. We registered our vehicle after arriving and the security process was fairly quick every time we entered. We also used the pool without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home. Beautiful property. TERRIBLE security.

We loved the home. Property was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean. Beds were really comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for the week. Pools were beautiful. But, the security guards put a damper on our whole week. They randomly closed the pools for no reason. They asked my husband to leave the pool area for wearing “street clothes” which was a swim shirt. Security was just plain rude for no reason. They made my children uncomfortable and we were made to feel unwelcome the whole week. Ron (the owner) was great and communicated with us quickly when we messaged about the troubles with security. He understood our frustration, but he has no control over the security employees. Overall we loved the home, but not sure if we’d stay again unless there were some changes to the security department.

We stayed 1 month and the home was very clean and was like the pictures. We had a small problem with one toilet but contacted the owner and he got it fixed right away. We would stay there again. Only suggestion would be if the patio was a little bigger so more people could sit.

Nice Condo, TERRIBLE security guards

I would like to start out by saying the condo itself is nice, as pictured; 4 rooms/3 baths. Perfect for our family of 8. Ron, was easy to work with, returned messages quickly. HOWEVER, I would never this condo again due to SECURITY. The listing doesn't mention how present security is, from day one of trying to move into the condo they were asking questions about what we were doing and why we had things outside our van. At the pool, my oldest (22 years old was sitting with her feet in the pool and they made it clear she cannot go in with street clothes, she wasn't, she had her feet in the pool). Day 2 at pool, we had a ball with us (not to throw in the pool as there's a sign no balls allowed) but because my husband and son were playing ball earlier, security officer Mike came and took our ball, had to place it outside of pool grounds (seriously, we are adults and were not going to allow our children to play with the ball in the pool). Let's not forget all the rules at the pool, basically don't be a kid and try to have fun!!!! That's not listed in the condo listing. NO MUSIC allowed at pool. NO FOOD OR DRINK. I had a coffee at the pool and officer Dave came and had to check for alcohol that could be in it and then I had to remove my COFFEE. Let's not forget the morning of check out when my van wouldn't start and officer Derenda would not let the tow truck I called for it into the property. Basically don't rent unless you don't mind being followed and harrassed by security.

Wonderful

The property was clean and beautiful! Check in was easy and all staff were friendly! The amenities were wonderful as well! My 4 year old loved the playgrounds! I do suggest bringing towels and washcloths to have some extras. The ones provided are good but not enough for a bigger family. Also, the AC isn’t super great upstairs. They do have extra fans but the rooms get a bit hot with the doors closed. (Just a heads up is all) The owner was super nice and wonderful to work with! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great Place!

This was a great place for us to stay! We had 3 adults and 1 infant with zero issues at all. Everything was clean and as advertised. The only I didn’t love was walking almost a mile to take the garbage out. After long days in Disney World that walk was rough. That was the only inconvenience for us. Overall, would stay there again!

I came down to Kissimmee with four friends for a week of vacation. We had a lovely time. The condo is a great space, not far from Universal or Disney, and close to lots of shopping options. The main pool and hot tub is right around the corner. The owner is nice, professional, and responded quickly to all of my messages/questions. We would look at renting this place again should we be travelling back to the area.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed at Ron's place for 11 days. The property is exactly as is shown on the photos. The check in process easy. The house itself was clean. Locatio to the pool was ideal. Just a few minutes walk from house. Owner was excellent at communication. Whatever questions I had was answered immediately. Our flight got canceled due to the hurricane and the owner was ki d enough to let us stay the additional night whiwas greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortably except for one in the junior master upstairs. The mattress was nit comfortable and the owner should consider having it changed as it can get uncomfortable for long stays. The light in the master bedroom downstairs was not working. Only the night lights. I didn't bother to complain as it was not too much if a bother. The location is about 20 to 25 minutes away from the parks but the commute was not too bad. Shopping in and around the kissimmee area in my opinion was really good. Overall we had a good stay and will consider again for future trips.

Family vacation

This was not a great experience. The owner was accessible but the cleanliness of the condo was not good. We have pictures as well. There was sand in the master bedroom sheets which indicated they were not clean. Upon travel there we had to go and purchase laundry detergent. There were ants at the mat at the front door. The couch had food on and in between. The lock stopped working and each entrance and exit we had to use the lockbox and fight to put it back on. That's frustrating especially with an infant and time restraints. Lastly, the master shower has/had water coming out the top and bottom, we were made aware the tub was not in operation. We were disappointed, but it wasn't terrible.The host kept good lines of communication. We didn't want to keep contacting them about problems we just cleaned it up.

The property was very nice. Lots of activities for the kids. The only complaint I have is that they need to figure out a better way to get cars in thru the gate without having to check every single car one at a time. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

Welcome retreat

Overall, the stay was wonderful. The property is well groomed. The security is efficient, yet friendly. We enjoy the fact that it is close(within an hour's drive) of all the places you would want to go. The only glitch is the carpets are in need of shampooing. But, we understand the difficulty involved in a turnkey situation. We are definitely hoping to return.
