Absence de transparence du propriétaire
En resume une mauvaise impression pour plusieurs raisons meme si l'emplacement geographique est correct. L'appartement est situe au dernier etage avec vue sur la piscine. Malheureusement les cloisons sont beaucoup trop fines : on entend tous chez les voisins... La piscine n'est pas surveillée ce qui engendre un manque de civisme des habitants et des dechets présents tout autour de la piscine et dans la piscine avec notamment du plastique qui traine partout sans aucun nettoyage Un toit terrase qui ne sert a rien celui ci n'etant pas amenage et un acces complique par l'exterieur Un lave vaisselle qui ne lave rien engendrant un lavage a la main pendant 3 semaines Une literie de la chambre principale hors d'usage : impression d'etre sur un bateau... Et pour couronner le tout le prorietaire impose des frais de menage non prevu dans le prix de base et ajoute apres paiement dans un contrat et impute sur la caution. Et enfin une retenue pour une porte qui ne fonctionnait pas des l'origine. Aucun contact possible apres ces 2 retenues sur la caution. En resume logement a eviter ...

très bel appartement
Appartement très sympa, très bien équipé et facile d'entretien. Balcon et terrasse sur le toit bien appréciables. Belle résidence, très bien entretenue et calme (vacances en Octobre). Résidence bien située pour profiter de la mer, mais aussi pour visiter Alicante, Murcia et Carthagène. De très bonnes vacances passées en famille avec 2 enfants(12 et 17 ans)

Fabulous!
I stayed for 7 weeks during January and February in this well equipped apartment with very comfortable bed & sofa! Balcony overlooking pool and grounds was lovely for early morning coffee and watching the parakeets flying about! (also flamingos) Heating is set at 22° if needed but I only used it a couple of times as the apartment seemed to stay a constant 20° during my stay! Perfect location, 3 mins walk to Lidl for fresh bread, veg etc. 25 min walk to Punta Prima or Zenia Boulevard (amazing shops). Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre 10 min walk has some lovely restaurants and bars too. I would recommend this apartment and hope to stay again!

Gardens and pools well maintained and secure, meet by key holder who showed us around complex and appartment and was on time for an early morning departure. Rented this property for 6 weeks used as a base to visit other cities in Spain, so many great beaches on your door step also supermarket on the door step .Would rent from these owners again easy to contact and booking very straight forward

El apartamento tal cual estaba descrito. Buena distribución (Cada habitación con su baño propio) y con una terraza suficientemente grande para poder comer/cenar en ella (Con vistas a la piscina principal, la cual está más que bien). La plaza de garaje, frente al ascensor, otro plus. Check in y out perfecto, a las horas acordadas y sin ningún tipo de problema. Apuntada como para repetir.

Muy buen apartamento
El apartamento esta muy bien. Tiene dos habitaciones con baño propio. Aire acondicionado para todas las estancias. Un balcón grande y una distribución perfecta que permite que circule el aire por la noche y refresque. La piscina no es muy grande pero suficiente para darte un chapuzón. Ideal para niños pequeños, con una profundidad max. de 180cm. La plaza de garaje es amplia y esta pegada al ascensor que lleva al apartamento. Muy cerca hay un Lidl, una pista de cars y un centro de ocio con minigol y restaurante. A la playa es preferible ir en coche. Hay varias playas cerca. en 5-10 min estas en la Zenia, Campoamor o mil palmeras.

Allt fungerade förträffligt fån första kontakten med hyresvärden till det att vi checkade ut. Lägenheten var fin och allt stämde med annonsen. Läget var också väldigt bra med närhet till allt. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Back on holiday
Property was clean on arrival and Check in with property manager was easy. Communication with property owners Marc & Anita excellent and information received again excellent. Property is in an ideal position for us near to amenities. View over pool lovely and sea view if you go up to the private roof top salarium where there are sunbeds to use. Important to us is the private parking space within the complex Will definitely be looking to book next time we are in the area.

Great place to stay. This is a lovely clean and very well equipped apartment on a secure complex with lovely grounds and selection of pools to chose from. The apartment is well situated for shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. It was lovely to meet Marc and Anita who were good hosts and very approachable. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. The chilled fizz on arrival was a lovely touch-much appreciated. All in all a great holiday and place to stay, I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Fijn apartament op derde verdieping met solarium. Ruim en netjes. Van alle gemakken voorzien met extra's zoals parasol en stoeltjes voor strand of zwembad. Om de omgeving te verkennen heb je wel een auto nodig.

Wonderful Apartment
Lovely well kept apartment. It was spotlessly clean. With everything you could need. Would definitely recommend Quiet gated complex with four swimming pools to choose from. Lovely to relax by Lots of local restaurants and supermarkets near by. Beautiful beaches and lovely walks . Within walking distance a massive market in a Saturday and La Zenia Boulevard to shop till your hearts content.

Excellent apartment with everything you need great solarium and close to all amenities.
We had an excellent stay at Marc and Anita's apartment we stayed for the whole month of November.The apartment had everything you would need for a nice stay fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony for coffee in the morning, all English tv stations for night time viewing and the solarium is great for all day sunbathing. Lovely apartment
We were really happy with the apartment. It was in a very central position, near the bars and restaurants. The roof terrace was generous in scale and with furniture thrown in was a bonus. We particularly liked that it had two en-suite bedrooms as we shared with our friends. It was well equipped and the key holder was very friendly. The transfers to/from the airport were seamless. We would definitely go there again.

Great, clean and very nice appartment in very nice area.
The appartment was very nice and fullfilled all our needs. Enjoyed breakfast and morning sun on the balcony. Unfortunenately the weather in the afternoons was not good enough on our stay to enjoy sunbathing on the rooftop but it looked very nice. Alimentation shops just 200 meters away and a lot of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Close to beach with very nice paths on the coast to Play Flamenca, Cabo Roig, Punta Prima, Torrevieja.

Great apartment.
Just spent a week at the apartment with my husband and we had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was clean, tidy, very comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with a coffee and looking down on to the main pool on the complex. The complex itself is well maintained and kept. Quiet complex, which is very close to local shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and 20min walk to one of the local beaches. Marc & Anita were great to deal with and emails were quickly dealt with. Also the key holder Anne was a pleasure to meet and deal with. Would recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future. Thank you.

Home from home.
Spent the last 4 weeks in this 5 star apartment. Everything was as described and very convenient to all the amenities. Marc and Anita the owners were always very prompt in replying to any questions and they also supplied loads of information regarding the apartment and the nearby facilities. Anne the key holder was also very efficient and professional. She also collected and returned us to the airport. The whole holiday was superb and the apartment was a delight to spend time in. The complex is 5 STAR. Thank you to everyone involved and we will be back as soon as possible.

Nos parece lamentable que estaba satisfechos de alguna manera. Los inquilinos tienen sus pagos funcione correctamente. El depósito fue devuelto. Los comentarios de los inquilinos son injustificados. Cuando se alquila en un contexto internacional, está frente a diferentes idiomas. Somos propietarios de habla flamenca y tratar de comunicarse en inglés por defecto. Allí se trata lo más posible, para comunicarse en la lengua del inquilino. Utilizamos la traducción electrónica. En total los inquilinos consiguieron 15 correos electrónicos de nosotros. Múltiples correos electrónicos fueron en español. Los arrendatarios se negaron a firmar el contrato, porque es en inglés. Un día más tarde consiguió el contrato en 2 idiomas (inglés y español). También no fue firmado. El apartamento tiene una muy rápida conexión Wi-Fi y TV con canales de 129. Hubo descontento. En varios correos electrónicos de nosotros no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta. Buena comunicación de ambas partes.

Prima appartement op een leuk complex die vlakbij alle voorzieningen ligt. Voorziening op dakterras is wat karig. Voor de rest is het een keurig appartement met super goed internetverbinding. Het is aan te bevelen!

Lovely modern apartment, everything you need. Lovely view over the main pool, this is a shallow family pool ideal for cooling and returning to sunbed in immaculate gardens. Handy for Aldi, 5 min walk to centro. Good choice of supermarkets within 10 min walk e.g Carrefour back towards Punto Prima,
