« We stayed at Peggy’s Beach house for a getaway vacation. This was our first VRBO rental experience and it was definitely the best! Everything was clean and orderly, we had an easy check in and out, and the house was stocked with everything we needed- dishes, beach towels and chairs, even mini soap/shampoo etc. It was in a quiet area, but we were close to what we needed and had a quick walk over to the beach. They had plenty of space for the two of us, but a family of four would also easily fit!...

« We loved the place! Good location, we had easy access to all activities we had to do that week (beaches, baseball, shopping), a lot of small attentions to the guests (ex: access to beach accessories). Check-in was simple and easy, and the owners were available if needed. Our teen age son joined us for the end of our stay (using the bed-couch), but for most of the week we were there as a couple. Casita was very cute, cozy, comfy, and quiet. We loved our stay ☺️. »

« The location of the place was great, but it really needs to be updated inside. The mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrading as they are very basic. We had a great time, loved Vero Beach and the location of our rental. »

« Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again. »

« We chose this location because of the sea kayaks, but the manatees put on their own little show right off our deck. The apartment is cozy and clean, a welcome respite for winter weary travelers. We will definitely make this our preferred choice for future Florida stays! »

« I was on my own, but this is a perfect spot for a couple. Lots of comfortable and private outdoor space. Plenty of local options for food and entertainment, short walk to the beach. For a small space, it is exceptionally well organized and appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The snacks, drinks and milk for coffee upon arrival was especially appreciated. Hosts are very easy to work with and clearly take pride in the space. I would highly recommend! »

« This was my first trip to Melbourne Beach where my partner and I stayed at a VRBO and this property did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being within close walking distance to the beach was incredible. We really appreciate a place that’s walkable so having a few restaurant options and a market within close walking distance was really awesome too. »

« The Surfrider property was as shown on the listing, the bed was comfortable, and the mini-split air conditioning units kept it plenty cool. Great spot if you want to be right near downtown Vero. »

« The apartment and grounds are charming, private, quiet, and peaceful. We very much enjoyed meeting and talking with our excellent host, Martyn. The Wi-Fi worked well, and we were even able to host a Zoom meeting one evening. Enjoyed being just across A1A from the ocean that's accessed via a well maintained trail through the sea grapes and pepper trees leading to the beach. Look forward to staying there again! »
