« The owner was good with communication. We ran out of TP and she brought some right over to us. Nice but minimally furnished. There is no blender that i saw. Dishes were minimal. No serving/mixing bowls baking dishes etc. I was surprised that a property that promotes its coastal location did not have any beach stuff (towels, chairs, umbrella). Also there is only comfortable seating for 2 in the living room. Renter should know that the house is right on a busy road that had a lot of emergency...

« spacious. Great for a large group. The description on the website is accurate. The dining room is a little funky and that is located directly inside the front door and the furnishings are a little different from usual. our children and grandchildren had a great trip to the nearby beach. The barbecue grill was extremely clean and well-maintained, a definite plus although missing barbecue tools. kitchen was great and the beds were fine. I called this a solid 5. A special shout out to the cleaning...

« Inside the property was clean. WiFi wasn’t working and I tried reaching out to host Friday evening, as of Sunday morning we still had not received any response. The bed in one of the bedrooms was broken, thankfully I was able to fix it. Blinds in another bedroom wouldn’t go down all the way as they were to short. There were no check out instructions so I hope that we left everything they way it was expected. Overall appearance outside looks like a construction zone. »
