« Upon arrival, someone from the management blocked our spot so we couldn't access it until they moved their car. On another occasion, the same person was parked in the spot!! This time i called the number on the sign to complain. As i as leaving a message she appeared from a 2nd floor unit apologizing that she was a manager wasn’t aware our unit was occupied. I would think as a manager she know which units are in use It was annoying to say the least. »
