« It was better than anywhere we have stayed! »

« Initially, we had an issue with email instructions but the Villatel team did a great job to remedy it. Texting them directly helped a lot. The unit was BEAUTIFUL.... there was some very minor cleanliness things we noticed (my DIL has a cleaning business so she noticed) smudges on the mirrors and some debris on the floors... super minor. The windows were not crystal clear but that is totally understandable because of the salt spray from the ocean. I saw in a previous review someone complained...

« wonderful accommodations - decor simplistic and elegant and location is great. Accessibility is mostly digital and can be somewhat confusing with codes and different locations. Beach gear access is confusing and not contained within the condo but presumed to be in the storage space in the garage. Will definitely return to enjoy the accommodations and location. Seems management company is overseeing a large inventory for this new property with not a lot of detailed information for each individual...

« beautiful place with ocean view- minimalist supplies but sufficient for short stay. Pedestrian gate code did not work for community access so had to used car gate code. Overall lovely place with marginally high rate for our stay. »

« The trash situation was horrible!!! They actually parked a trailer in a enclosed parking garage full of trash for the entire 4th of July weekend. And the bug bites me and my family received made the trip unbearable!!! Yikes!!! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this condo — it was beautifully decorated, very clean, and in a great location. Unfortunately, there was an ongoing issue with a fire alarm that would beep for about 30 minutes at a time, every few hours, including throughout the night. Maintenance was sent up twice to try to fix the problem, but unfortunately they weren’t able to resolve it during our stay. It definitely disrupted our sleep and impacted our experience. Hopefully this is something that can be fully...
